Chapter 361
"Where's Lily at?...I'm sure I haven't seen her rushing around like usual this morning" Brandee innocently asked Cheryl who was sat on the edge of her stage drinking her morning cup of coffee that Gary had kindly brought her from Starbucks, having returned back from Newcastle late last night, doing Lily's job seeing as though she seemed to have gone AWOL.
"Haha...little Miss Lily can be as late as she wants this morning as long as she's doing what I think she's doing...haha" Cheryl giggled in response, having noticed that both Lily and Fefe were running late, quickly allowing her to put two and two together after knowing that they'd gone out on a date last night.
"I think I'll just go and shag somebody whenever I fancy some time off as well then...haha" Gary joked as he sat next to his sister showing her some pictures of their brother Joe's children who he'd gone to visit while he'd been in Newcastle.
"Good luck with that Gaz...hahaha" Cheryl playfully nudged into him before laughing at herself, making Brandee chuckle too as she liked watching the sweet sibling bond they had, thinking it was nice how they worked together and were still such big parts of each other's lives, as she rarely got to see her own brothers and sisters due to her work which took her around the word and away from home quite often. "Haha...nah I'm only messing with you...I'm gonna make it my mission to get you a girlfriend by Christmas...I think you need some romance in your life so that you stop being so grumpy with the rest of us" she went on to smile at him while he just rolled his eyes and shook his head, thinking another woman in his life right now would most probably push him over the edge.
"Haha...so do you reckon that's where she is?...with Feefs?...haha...wow, things must be getting serious between them! She's normally so punctual and organised isn't she? Fefe's already having a bad influence on her...haha" Brandee smirked as she sat behind the two siblings and softly played with Cheryl's pony tail.
"She's lucky I'm a lover and not a fighter...haha...I'll happily let her off for being late if she's still at it with him...haha...they went on a date last night and we both had a little talk about things the other day, so I'm guessing they've took the next step...aww it's cute isn't it though? They seem really happy together bless them" Cheryl cheerfully replied, always loving having her hair played with, and the thought of Lily entering a proper relationship was just adding to her great mood, even though today was bound to end up being a stressful one as it was their dress rehearsal.
"She was texting me the other night and went all bloody soppy talking about him...I had to stop her and tell her to remember who she was talking to...haha...I'm happy for her and everything, but I'm not one of her little girlfriends wanting all the goss!" Gary butted in, making the two girls laugh as they could just imagine what his face probably looked like reading cute texts from Lily about her new boyfriend.
"Hahaha...aww she goes so different whenever she gets into a new relationship, honestly...it's the sweetest thing...when she's single all she ever does is work like 24/7...and it's not me making her do that...haha...she just seems to fill her mind with doing her job constantly...and then when she gets a boyfriend she seems to just become little Miss Sunshine over night, prancing around without a care in the world...haha...she makes me laugh" Cheryl giggled away whilst watching Tre across the studio where he was play wresting with Tyrell who had just punched him in the stomach as they were messing around.
"It's so adorable!...He seems totally sweet on her too...he's always grinning away at her while he's dancing, and he literally never shuts up about her back at the hotel...haha...AV had to tell him to get a grip the other night cos he was just talking away about her for ages!" Brandee told Cheryl who just stuck her bottom lip out, finding it all too much for her as they were so endearing.
"Aww I love it!...I knew he'd be great with her...see, dickhead! Never judge a book by its cover!...you said they'd never work out" Cheryl whined before giving Gary a slap on the arm, giving him a fright as he'd began zoning out from the mushy conversation and so didn't know why he was being hit.
"Bloody hell man!...slapper!" Gary pulled a moody expression and punched his sister in the leg, making her groan as her legs were already quite sore from dancing all week. "I didn't really mean it anyway...don't go back there...I felt dead bad for saying that to her, and I don't regret many things I say...haha" he blew out through his mouth and shook his head, still feeling sorry for upsetting Lily the other week by saying her and Fefe would never work in a million years.
"He's full of surprises that Fefe...never underestimate him...haha...right, I'm off to stretch out and break them up from fighting...can I punch Tre in the arm babe?" Brandee smirked as she stood up, thinking she'd best get warmed up to begin, as Beth had just wandered in looking very stressed out and would be barking at them to start at any minute.
"Haha...yeah, go for it hun...if that doesn't work, pull his ears, he hates it" Cheryl grinned up at her as Brandee gave her a wink and then ran off to the group of dancers across the warehouse, leaving Cheryl and Gary to finish their coffees, Cheryl's eyes glued to the door waiting for Lily to finally make her entrance.
