Chapter 185
As the couple wandered into the large, bustling restaurant where they were meeting the others for breakfast, Tre instantly spotted them all at the large table by the window that they had sat at yesterday, and guided Cheryl over by the hand as Kimberley and Nicola spotted them and began waving energetically. “Morning!” Cheryl greeted them all cheerfully in a sing song voice as she went to sit down next to Kim who immediately started admiring her beautiful maxi dress, loving how summery Cheryl looked.
“I want that dress when you’re finished with it babe!” Nicola grinned, also loving the bohemian style look she had gone for as Kimberley pouted her lips together moodily, wishing she could have it herself but she and Cheryl were totally different sizes when it came to dresses, so could unfortunately never share clothes.
“Haha...ok ginge...let me at least wear it for today!..haha...hey, why are you sitting over there jerk?!” she giggled at her friend before spotting Tre sneakily going over to sit next to her mam and her aunts on the other side of the table.
“So that I don’t get bashed around the head again or something!...I’m freekin aching ya nutter!” he jokingly complained back as he sat down, smirking as Joan patted him on the head, sticking her bottom lip out.
“Has my daughter been bullying you pet?” she asked sympathetically as Tre pretended to be upset, nodding his head while Cheryl just watched them with her mouth wide open which was making everyone else chuckle.
“Hahaha...chez, what have you been doing to the poor guy?!” Kelly smirked as Joan, Carol and Helen all began fussing over him, making him start to snigger while Cheryl simply tried to look innocent.
“Nothing!...I swear!...he’s just a wimp!” she defended herself as she shook her head at Tre who had the 3 women pinching his cheeks and affectionately squeezing his arm while he winked cheekily back. “You’re such a tosser!” she smirked, making a face at him as he looked smug.
“What did the cow do to you?” Kelly grinned as she turned to Tre who was trying his best not to burst out laughing at the expression on Cheryl’s face.
“She’s just really violent!...as soon I woke up she pushed me out of bed so now I’ve got a bruised back and a bruised side!...and then that wasn’t enough for her so she starts hitting me and then she pulls the freakin elastic on my boxers so it snapped back again...I’ve been traumatised this morning and I’ve only been awake for about 45 minutes!” he explained, trying to get everyone to feel sorry for him to wind Cheryl up who was just staring, open mouthed and wide eyed.
“Cheryl!!!...the poor guys nothing but lovely to you and you’re bullying him!...tut tut!” Lily smirked, jokingly wagging her finger at her whilst Tre pretended to sniffle.
“Hey! Don’t go feeling sorry for him!...I never actually meant to push him out of bed, he’s just clumsy and then the only reason I started hitting him is because I kindly asked where he had hurt himself to kiss it better and he points at his crotch!” Cheryl burst out as everyone began laughing while Joan and Cheryl’s 2 aunts stopped fussing over him and instead playfully began slapping him as he covered his face, chuckling uncontrollably.
“Arghhh!!!...haha...jheeze! I can see where she gets it from now!...haha...babe I’m coming back to you, 1 abusive woman is better than 3!” Tre yelled before jumping up to escape and running back around the table to sit next to Cheryl who was now looking quite smug.
“Aye, you know your place sunshine!” Cheryl scratched his head as he nuzzled his cheek against her shoulder, trying to look sorry for himself while she just rolled her eyes, the couple greatly amusing everyone else.
