Chapter 153
The next morning, Cheryl’s alarm began beeping loudly; bringing her out of the sleep she had finally managed to slip into after quite a bit of tossing and turning when she'd first gotten into bed. Tre had been right, the worst part of this whole thing was on a night time when the silence would take over, allowing her mind to go into overdrive as she thought about him constantly which would then make her start to really miss him and become very aware of the large empty space next to her in her bed and the absence of his strong, warm arms that would usually be wrapped around her as she went to sleep or stroking her hair lightly or holding her hand in between them, giving her that safe, loving feeling she had become accustomed to. The mornings weren't much better either as she turning the annoying sound of her alarm off, missing the sound of his quiet breathing next to her and being able to roll over and snuggle up to him, lying her head on his soft chest or resting her head on the pillow next to him, looking at the adorable expression he often had on his face when he first woke up or listening to his sleepy voice that completely melted her heart. Instead, the only thing next to her was the giant teddy bear which she had grabbed in the middle of the night in the hope that it would help her sleep, however it had probably taken her a further hour after that before she drifted off and as a result, she still felt extremely tired. The time difference was also making everything 10x harder as it would have been lovely to just be able to text him on a morning before climbing out of bed but she knew he would be still asleep and would be having a busy day once he woke up so she had to stop herself. Instead, she simply stretched her arms in the air and then swung her legs out from under the duvet to get out of bed, another full day of rehearsals beckoning.
“Woooooo!!!! SEXY!!!!” Cheryl playfully yelled as she returned to the dance studio after lunch, wolf whistling as she found her dancers all wearing smart suits for their dress rehearsal. The guys couldn't help but laugh and grin cheesily at her as she walked towards them, pouting her lips as she nodded her head, approving of the look.
“Haha...looks good don’t it chez?!!!” Beth called over once she noticed Cheryl had rejoined them, checking out the look for her new video.
“I love it, they look hot!...even Jaiden!” she cheekily replied, making him gasp before he playfully pushed her, making her giggle at him. “Haha...only messing!” she smirked, her dimples framing her smile as he shook his head at her.
“Those flaming dimples! I can’t even jokingly be mad at you!” he complained which made her laugh as she ran over to Lily and Beth who were finishing their lunch.
“They all look really good don’t they...I love this video, it’s wicked, I can’t wait to record it!” Cheryl excitedly announced as she sat down with the two girls, making them smile back.
“They look smart don’t they?!...when we get onto the set and everything with you all dressed up like that, it’s gonna look totally sick babe!” Beth agreed, watching the guys all messing around and taking the mick out of each other in the old fashioned suits they were wearing.
“They crack me up, the plonkers!” Cheryl chuckled as she looked across at them, shaking her head in despair as she watched George and Jared throwing Conner’s top hat to each other while he tried to grab it back off them.
As Lily and Beth continued finishing their lunch, Cheryl’s phone suddenly buzzed, making her look down at it. Her two friends immediately noticed a bright smile appear on her face as soon as she had picked up her phone and began reading whatever had just been sent to her, giving each other a knowing look as they both could guess who it was.
<Hope you’re having a good day gorgeous xxxx> Cheryl read Tre’s message, a release of butterflies filling her stomach as she hadn't been expecting him to text her.
