Chapter 64

The whole night, Namjoon laid on the couch, awake, thinking about Jin. He did fell asleep sitting, but when he felt someone touching him, he woke up still pretending to be asleep. He even fake snored to make it look genuine and not an act to which Jin fell for. Namjoon heard Jin and it would be a lie to say if it didn't hurt him.

Jin laid next to Yeosang, gently patting him lost in his own thoughts. Questions ran in his mind about why Namjoon hadn't thrown his things away. Both the men laid far away from each other but their heads were filled with each other's thoughts. The morning came, bringing the men out of their thoughts to reality.

Jin sighed tiredly, stretching his neck to lessen the pain in his back. He looked at the clock and it was still 6 in the morning, decided to let the little boy sleep some more and got up to freshen up. Namjoon woke up and left to get ready in his own room. Jin came out and walked to kitchen, turning a blind eye to the couch, thinking Namjoon was still asleep.

Jin walked in the kitchen and looked around, it was a mess. It looked like Namjoon didn't really care about cleaning it and that slightly annoyed Jin, he hated being untidy. Shaking his head, he got to work cleaning the dirty kitchen with disgusted face. The whole room was filled with dust every where and foul smell of things rotting.

Namjoon got ready for the company, totally forgetting about Jin being under the same roof as him. He clumsily walked out searching for his phone. He looked in every room and even bathrooms but he couldn't find it, so the last place left in the house was kitchen, where he barely went. Jin was cleaning the counter, scrubbing the last cupboard at the down.

Namjoon entered the kitchen and shrieked loudly, scaring Jin who screamed with his eyes shut tight. Namjoon panted heavily with his eyes wide as saucers and Jin looked at him with scared eyes, "Wh-" he started shakily but gulped before continuing, "What happened?" He asked slowly and Namjoon shook his head, trying to control his breathing.

Jin stood up and slowly walking towards Namjoon, hiding behind him, he peeked from his shoulders to find anything unusual. Namjoon was surprised when Jin stood behind him, "What are you doing?" He asked confused, "I'm hiding from whatever made you scream" Jin answered, thinking it was some scary bug.

Namjoon scratched his nape sheepishly and turned around to face Jin, "Ah that, I was actually surprised to see you in here, that's the reason, you know, I screamed" he sheepishly said and Jin raised an eyebrow, "So you're telling me I was supposed to hide from myself?" He asked and Namjoon pondered over the thought.

Seeing Namjoon think about it irked Jin, making him scoff, "How many times do I have to tell you not to come in here? You always scare me, someday you're going to scare me to death" Jin scolded with his hands stemmed on his hips and Namjoon stared at Jin without blinking. This scene reminded him of the past.

Jin clicked his tongue and pushed Namjoon out of the kitchen, spotting a scared Yeosang standing at the door of the kitchen, looking at them with wide eyes. Jin smiled brightly seeing Yeosang and carried him, "Good morning champ, did you sleep well?" He asked softly and Yeosang simply hugged him, not answering Jin.

Namjoon pouted seeing Jin and Yeosang, feeling left out, "Why didn't I get a hug?" He asked aloud, staring at Yeosang and Jin. Jin blinked a couple of times, thinking of a way to answer to Namjoon while Yeosang simply ignored Namjoon, snuggling close to Jin. Jin sighed and walked to the couch, sitting with Yeosang on his lap, leaving Namjoon.

"Are you still tired, bun? Do you want to sleep more?" Jin asked cooing and Yeosang nodded with drowsy eyes. Jin smiled and nodded, "Why don't you take a nap here till I make breakfast? I'll make some delicious breakfast for our Sangie and we can spend our day together, do you want that?" He asked with a smile and Yeosang nodded, totally liking the idea.
