Chapter 3

A few passed by, the boys all busy with their college and the elders busy with their jobs. Namjoon was now spending most of his time in his dad's company, learning things while Jin was trying to get jobs in some company. Jungkook was most of the time away from home, going for tournaments, leaving Tae with Jimin. Jimin started being even more clingy to Yoongi who found it hard to resist the boy.

Chang Ho had a thought running in his head for months now but he couldn't get a chance to share it with his wife until today. He purposefully gave extra work to Namjoon to keep him in office until he talks to wife peacefully. He drove back home and found Jiae sitting on the couch reading some book. He smiled and sat next to her, pecking her cheek.

"You're early today. And where's Joon?" Jiae asked looking towards the door. Chang Ho smiled and explained that Namjoon would come later. Jiae nodded and stood up to get food for Chang Ho but she was asked to sit down to talk. She curiously sat back sensing the seriousness in his voice and waited for Chang Ho to tell what was he thinking about.

Chang Ho held her hand, "Honey, you remember you said that whoever would marry Jin would be happiest?" he asked carefully and Jiae nodded with a frown, "Yeah. But why are you asking that?" She asked confused. Chang Ho sighed, "I was thinking, how about we get Namjoon and married Jin?" He asked in a slow voice. Jiae was frozen, she didn't blink neither breathed.

Chang Ho immediately continued, "Jin is someone we know from a young age. He is someone we can trust Namjoon with. You know how Joon could get sometimes and it's difficult for anyone to handle him" he explained but Jiae threw herself on Chang Ho hugging him, "That's such a great idea. I wanted them both to get married. They look perfect together" she said excitedly.

Chang Ho smiled, "So you're okay with it?" he asked and Jiae nodded, "Of course, I'm sure it would take time for them to get used to being married but they'll come along" she said smiling. Chang Ho nodded, "When should we talk to Namjoon about it?" He asked but Jiae shook her head, "No, Namjoon doesn't need to know about it. You know he would never agree to it this early. Let's talk to HyunJae and Sophie directly" she suggested.

Chang Ho was in dilemma, he felt it was wrong to get Namjoon wedded to someone without his permission but Jiae was also right, Namjoon would run away from home if he got a hint of being forced to get married. He agreed with Jiae and decided to talk to Jin's parents next week, a day after the graduation of kids. Jiae was happy with the news, she couldn't contain her excitement.

Chang Ho sat back in relief, now he only had to convince Jin's parents for the wedding. The main reason for the wedding was to help Jin get out of that hellhole and also to safe Namjoon fall in any revenge traps that his enemies could plot against him. He couldn't trust anyone that easily but he trusted Jin blindly and was hell bent on making the boy his son-in-law.

Chang Ho and Jiae like decided, didn't speak a word about the wedding to Namjoon. The boy was as clueless as Jin, meeting him and enjoying his final college days. Jin on the other hand was very busy, he couldn't spend time with his friends even though he wanted to. The rest of the boys were sad and also happy for the elder hyungs, happy that they were graduating and sad that 2 people out of their group.

And soon the graduation day came. Jin and Namjoon were sitting among their classmates, waiting for their chances to go up on the stage. They both were nervous and tried to stay calm. Namjoon was the first one to go on stage, the boys, only Tae and Jimin including his parents, cheered for him loudly. Jin clapped loudly and Namjoon shot him a smile before walking down.

After 2 more students, it was finally Jin's turn. He walked up on the stage confidently and took the degree, posing at the camera. He heard his friends cheering and looked in the crowd, trying to find his father but he only saw Sophie standing with happy tears in her eyes with a proud warm smile. Jin's smile fell a little but he didn't show it and walked down to his seat, happy to see Sophie.
