Chapter 83

It was a week after Jin's surgery and that fateful incident. Today he was finally going home after long stay in the hospital, constantly under observation. The whole week was plain boring for Jin but in the mean time, he experienced lots of care and love from everyone. It was the greatest moments of his life. Even though it started with a tragedy, Jin still considered it to be a blessing.

Namjoon was stuck to him the whole time, never leaving him alone. He showered Jin with all his attention and care, which made Jin constantly crave for Namjoon. Though, he felt guilty seeing Namjoon work from the hospital he still appreciated it. Jin told him to come back after office hours but the man ignored it like a plague and changed the topic every time some body bought it up.

All in all it was a good time. Jieun came to meet him, after hearing about the accident. She went into the doctor mode and checked every report of his personally. Jin and Yoongi knew her and it wasn't a surprise seeing her act so worried while the others were touched at her concern. She had set the date of her wedding the coming week and decided to postpone it for him.

But Jin refused, he sternly ordered her not to do anything like that. Jieun did everything in her power to convince Jin but he never agreed. He didn't want Jieun to delay such an auspicious event any further and pressed on not changing the date. Namjoon too sided with Jin, telling her that Jin would discharged by then and that made Jieun change her mind.

She just didn't want to get married without any of her family members. Jin promised her that he would attend the wedding at all costs but Jieun denied, she didn't want Jin to over work himself and get better sooner. Jimin was really moved seeing her care so much about Jin but she still was someone who took his place in Yoongi's life and he hated that.

Jieun said that she had send them all invitations and wanted them to come but Jimin didn't want to. He didn't think he'd be able to see the man of his dreams get married to someone who is not him. He smiled forcefully, congratulating her but internally he was sad. Nobody were worried about it because Yoongi wasn't getting married and they all knew that.

Except for Jimin, who was dying inside slowly. The wedding was after 2 days from Jin's discharge and Jin was glad that he could go to the wedding. Namjoon tried to make him think about it but Jin was hellbent on attending the wedding. Namjoon sighed but gave up, knowing Jin, Yoongi and Jieun were good friends.

Namjoon requested Sophie and Sihyuk to let Jin stay with him so that he could take care of him. Jin didn't want to hold Namjoon back and be a burden to him, he refused at the starting but Namjoon was determined and Jin gave in. Sihyuk too was fine with that while Sophie was a tad heaitant. She knew Namjoon couldn't cook.

But Namjoon told her about Mrs.Han and Sophie remembered her. She agreed to let Jin stay with in and currently, Jin and Namjoon were in their old house, resting. Or more like Jin resting and Namjoon working. Jin was still wrapped in bandages but a majority of them were removed. The medication was still high though. Jin hated it with his life but Namjoon still forced him to have it.

It was soon close to dinner and Namjoon shut his laptop, going to the kitchen to microwave the food for Jin. Sophie came in every 2 days to refill the food and some groceries. Namjoon heated the food made by Sophie and placed in a tray along with Jin's medicines, walked in the room to wake him up. Jin wasn't allowed to walk more, he still felt occasional stings from the wound.

Namjoon placed the tray on the side table and pecked Jin's forehead, "Hey, time to wake up" he whispered softly, running his fingers through Jin's soft and luscious hair. Jin started waking up and Namjoon moved a little so that Jin would able to sit up. Jin looked at Namjoon with a pout and sleepy eyes, not liking being woken up but Namjoon just chuckled and pecked his cheek.
