After Jungkook had asked his mother to divorce HyunJae, Sophie had gone into shock. Jungkook knew how much his mother loved her husband but he didn't want that monster to be any closer to her. Jungkook gave time to think about the divorce but he was stern on his decision which Sophie didn't understand why.
Neither did Jungkook care to tell her, wanting to keep it hidden for her sake. They both moved back to Seoul along with HyunJae, who couldn't talk to his family, not like he could even if he wanted to. He thought Sophie would've known by now and kept distance between them, unknown to how Sophie felt seeing him act so cold to her.
Jungkook never left Sophie's side, afraid that HyunJae would brainwash her. It was a week after the party and everyone had returned back to Seoul. Namjoon didn't want to return back unless he talked to Jin and sort everything out, but Chang Ho and Yoongi talked to him out of it.
Although he returned to Seoul, his heart left was back in Japan, with Jin. Namjoon tried to get Jin's contact but he never realized that Jin wasn't the same person anymore. He was more successful and powerful now, which meant it wasn't as easy to contact him as he thought. Days went by him trying to find Jin, but nothing worked.
On the other hand, Jin flied back to Singapore handling the work in the company. Bang Sihyuk felt that Jin was now responsible enough to handling the main branch and decided to send him back to Korea where the person handling the company left the country. Nobody had the skills to handle such a big company except for Jin.
Well, that's what Bang Sihyuk thought. Today he decided to talk to Jin, he wasn't going to force him to go and respect his decision, whatever he says. Jin walked in the cabin with Ami behind him, holding an ipad to write down the note. Ami had grumpy face while Jin seemed angry and Sihyuk looked at them in disbelief.
"Will you both ever get along?" Sihyuk asked pointing between Jin and Ami. They both looked at each other, "No!" And exclaimed together. Sihyuk gave up on them and signalled Jin to take a seat opposite to him. He didn't have to ask Ami to sit since she herself walked to the couch and plopped down with a tired sigh.
Jin shook his head and looked at Sihyuk, who was staring at him with a smile. Jin frowned, "What did you want to talk about Mr.Bang?" He asked confused but Sihyuk waved his hand, "This isn't any business talk, son. You don't have to be formal" he said and Jin nodded, "Well then, what is it dad?" He asked informally.
Sihyuk smiled heartily and crossed his arms over his chest, "I have been observing how you're working so hard and brought this company at the position it is now. I'm proud of you" he praised and Jin smiled softly, thanking him. But Sihyuk looked at Jin with an unsure face, "What I'm going to say now, doesn't have to be final. You have all the right to say, okay?" He said.
Jin frowned and nodded slowly, observing Sihyuk's nervous face. He let out a shaky breath and started "I want you and Ami to shift back to Korea" he said not looking at Jin. Jin froze in his seat with his eyes wide open. Ami too heard her father and sat up, now curious about why was her father was sending them back to Korea.
Jin licked his lips nodding, "Can I ask why?" He asked with a straight face. Sihyuk pursed his lips, "I told you Jin-ah, it doesn't have to be final decision, you can refuse if you don't want to. And about why, then the person handling the branch in Seoul left the country and we need someone trustable and responsible person to run the company" he explained softly.
Jin's mind screamed to refuse the offer instantly but his heart felt a pull. He thought it was because he missed his birth place and shrugged it off. Jin looked down, thinking about the offer while Ami looked at Jin, seeing the gears in head working. She rolled her eyes, "SeokJin, just accept it. I can already tell you want to accept it, then why act like you're thinking about it" she said in a done voice.
