Chapter 45

Jin and Ami both had their dinners after lots of bickering and Sejin to jump in to stop them from choking each other to death. The maid who was an elderly woman consoled Ami while Sejin had called Sihyuk, telling him about the fight which resulted in Jin getting yelled at. Ami was having fun seeing Jin but Sihyuk didn't spare her and at the end, both were scolded.

Sejin was asked to monitor both of them but Jin scoffed telling that it was ridiculous. He stormed off to his room leaving everyone down a bit startled from his outburst. Ami clicked her tongue, telling that it was nothing new and that Jin was being drama queen and unfortunately, Jin heard it. They both were close to jump on each other but Sejin pushed Jin back to his room.

That night, food was served to Jin in his room while Ami ate with Sejin and the maid. Honestly, Sejin was tired, he didn't know that the siblings were not so sweet to each other and thirsty for their bloods. He was drained from stopping the pair and just wanted to sleep. Next time he met them, Sejin made sure to threaten them first.

The next day, Jin had woken up early ready to start a new day in the new place. His heart was fluttering from nervousness, thinking about how he had a greater responsibility now with Bang Sihyuk beside him. Doing some breathing exercises to stop the negative thoughts, he went down to get some breakfast before he left. He stepped in the kitchen and frowned.

The maid was busy making breakfast and didn't notice Jin entering the kitchen. He cleared his throat and the maid jumped up in fear, Jin quickly apologized for scaring her. The maid shook her head, asking if he was hungry but Jin smiled, "Not really. I actually wanted to know if Ami woke up" he softly said and the maid bit her lips, "I'm not sure, master. I went to wake her but she didn't answer" she explained.

Jin sighed defeated, "This girl is already making me tired" he mumbled rubbing his temples. The maid frowned in confusion and Jin noticed it, "It's fine, I'll wake her up and please call me Seokjin" he said politely and the maid nodded before he walked to Ami's room. He stood in front of her room looking at the watch, noticing that they had to leave in 15 mins.

He banged the door loudly, startling Ami inside the room, who fell from her bed, woken up from her deep sleep, "Bang Ami! If you don't come down in 5 minutes I'm leaving your ass back here and you'll come to office on your foot. You better hurry up" he yelled and Ami groaned getting up, "I'm up!" She screamed loudly for Jin to hear.

She heard footsteps walking away from her room, "I hate him" she snarled imagining Jin in front of her. She wanted to sleep more but pushed herself up anyway and did her morning routine quickly and rushed down to the kitchen, where Jin was peacefully eating. He looked at her blank eyes, "Eat before I leave without you" he ordered.

The maid placed a plate of food opposite to Jin and Ami scowled at Jin before inhaling the food. She looked at Jin who had a smirk, "I always knew you were a pig." he commented and Ami choked on her food slamming her hands on the table, "Excuse me! Food is life. Don't judge me" she said pointing her finger at Jin, who rolled his eyes mockingly.

The maid was at the edge seeing them both glaring at each other. Luckily the door bell rang and she rushed out, thanking every god in the heaven for saving her from getting into a world war early in the morning. She opened the door and sighed in relief seeing Sejin at the door. Sejin looked at the maid, "What's wrong?" He asked worriedly.

The maid shook her head, "Nothing, but soon it's gonna be a bloodbath if you don't take them to office" she whispered. Sejin's eyes widen and he rushed to the kitchen to see the siblings glaring at each other with clamped fists and angry red eyes. He cleared his throat, "Good morning. Are you both ready to go?" He asked breaking their glaring competition.
