Chapter 46

Its been two days since Jin has been going to the new company. He was slowly adjusting to the new environment and the surroundings unlike Ami, who got adapted to it quickly. He envied her but also knew that Ami had a different personality compared to his and it somehow soothed his insecurity.

Sejin was a big help to them in every step, he was always there for Jin when he felt lost or confused and for Ami when she felt frustrated handling Jin's temper. Both the siblings were really thankful for the man who was slowly becoming their family. He was there when they woke up till they went to bed, all tired.

Namjoon on the other hand was loosing his mind. He missed Jin crazily and no one understood his desperation to see Jin. Yoongi tried to console him but Namjoon tuned off every person who asked him to stay away from Jin or to move on. He didn't want to live without Jin anymore, he would rather die than live.

Nobody had any news of Jin after the day they saw him in Japan. Except for someone who tried his best to not appear guilty. He watched everything from behind the curtain and sighed in pity for the boys. The man knew he could end everyone's misery by telling where Jin was but the promise he made to Jin didn't allow him to reveal anything.

Jungkook was busy with his matches, back to giving cold shoulder to Tae, who had given upon Jungkook completely. He didn't find the spark now, the spark that always made him feel jittery. He was devastated but refused to cry over someone who didn't care for him. Jungkook had no so idea about what Tae felt, believing that Tae was fine with him and still loved him.

Jungkook's life was a mess. He had too much to take care of but he didn't show any sign of helplessness on his face. He simply tried to make himself so busy that he wouldn't find time to think about his messed up life. Sophie was broken, she was still unaware of what HyunJae did that made Jungkook hate him to an extent that he begged her to divorce him.

Sophie wanted to understand but how could she? She was waiting for her son to come out and tell her why was he so adamant on breaking her marriage. But Jungkook ignored her, scared that he wouldn't be able to hold himself back from killing that man who once was his step father and the man whom Sophie dearly loved.

Today, Jimin and his dad were going to meet Namjoon and Yoongi due to some business reasons along with Tae's dad. Mr.Park had suggested a partnership which could bring all of them profit. Namjoon thought about it and couldn't deny that the deal was really good. Besides, the investment wouldn't be problem considering that there were 2 other people.

Yoongi was aware of Jimin coming to the office and couldn't help but feel nervous. He was officially going to meet Jimin today after so long. His heart fluttered at Jimin's thought but at the same time his stomach churned in nervousness. Although, he appeared confident and least bothered by the news, on the inside he was nervous as hell.

Chang Ho was also there with them, he felt his presence was necessary today. Soon all the families came to the company and were greeted by the Kim's politely. They all headed to the conference room directly, wanting to fix the deal asap. Jimin was going to start the meeting, explaining about the deal followed by the profit they would get.

They all settled in their places and waited for Jimin to start, who looked confident and extremely professional. Yoongi felt proud seeing Jimin leading the meeting but he still pretended to be cold. They all were waiting but Mr.Park asked them to wait, telling that there was someone else coming. Tae's dad and Namjoon's dad felt suspicious.

They weren't informed about another person being included in the deal but from Mr.Park's expression, they were curious. They all sat back, patiently waiting for someone unknown. A knock came from the door and Mr.Park got up with a big smile. He walked to the door and opened with a happy expression, "Welcome!" He said.
