"Come and get it." He laid his head on the backrest closing his eyes, but he startled seconds after and opened his eyes widely at the feeling of her over his lap. "Why are you so clingy sometimes?"
"Because I know how much you hate it." Hazel had sat over his legs leaving all her weight over him, swinging her legs in the air, throwing one arm around his neck and with that hand caressing the buzz cut of his nape, with her other hand his cravat and her head resting over his. She closed her eyes getting comfortable.
Levi rounded her waist with one arm and put the other rounding her knees pulling her closer. She was the startled one now. "Not anymore."
Both were looking at each other with their foreheads touching, their breaths colliding, their holds were tightening bringing each other closer slowly.
"HAZEL, I THINK I FINALLY MADE IT!! Oh, fuck." Hange had entered her best friend's office without knocking like she always do and interrupted their moment.
Hazel heard a growl from Levi who had closed his eyes in anger, she felt his hands tightening even more around her. She had turned her head to looked at Hange who was blushing in embarrassment. There was a long silence between the three until Hazel sighed knowing her friend wouldn't leave soon. She stood from Levi and rounded the desk to sit in one of the other chairs.
"What is it?" She managed to steady herself after the rush of blood she had experienced seconds before.
"Traps to catch a titan!" She ran to the desk and throw the papers she had in her hands and sat in the other chair.
"You have four eyes and still you can't see I'm still here." Levi said in a sour tone with a remarkable scowl, he stood up and put both hands over the desk.
"You are too short to be noticed." Hange also stood up and did the same to challenge him.
This time both were more serious than their previous fights that Hazel got worried. "Okay, stop both of you." She slapped the desk with her palm to get their attention. "You need to be nice with each other."
Both crossed their arms over their chest still looking at each other with cold eyes. "Not a chance."
"Respect me, I'm your girlfriend's best friend."
"How do you expect me to do that, if you don't even respect her privacy entering like that?" He made his point clear, putting again his hands over the desk exasperated, the woman just rose an eyebrow. He sighed and hanged his head. "I prefer going for dinner than see your stupid face." Saying this he went to the door slamming it after got out.
"You need to control your shorty."
Hazel was crossed arms looking at Hange in disapproval shaking her head.

After dining, Levi was walking back to his quarter along with Roger, from afar he noticed that the crazy woman entered her lab room.
"Are you nervous, leader?" Levi was thinking about getting back to Hazel's office now that Hange was gone so he didn't paid attention to his friend. "You seem off, are you alright?"
"Hmm? Yes, I'm good. I'm going to take a walk." He fastened his pace leaving him there.
"Remember you have to rest!" Roger shouted from where he was left.
Levi made his way back to her office and enter without knocking, she wasn't there but the oil lamps were lit on and the door of her bedroom was slightly open. He walked near it and heard that she was in the shower. In order to wait her, he decided to prepare tea taking the set from the cabinet where she kept it along with the chamomile flowers she had brought to share with him. He made himself comfortable in her desk chair again looking through the papers she had over there.
"Oh, heavens, Levi!" She got out her bedroom and got surprised by seeing him taking tea and looking at her reports. "You want to give me a heart attack." She placed her hand over the place where the heart is feeling the suddenly increasing of her heart rate.
"Don't joke with that." Then he turned to looked at her who was with a long shirt that only covered up to her mid-thigh, evidencing the straps marks of the gear. She was approaching the desk unbothered by the fact she was in her nightwear and took a tea cup serving herself the tea left. He followed her with the sigh and gulped.
"It seem that I have to lock my door." She took seat in the couch far from him and grab a book that was in the center table.
"Yes, you should. What if some pervert enter and you are indisposed?" Without noticing his tone was sour again.
"The only two perverts that dare to enter my office without consent are both of you. You are more alike than you think." She found the page in which she had left the book, starting to read not taking attention to his overprotective tone.
"Don't compare me to that freak, we're have nothing in common." He stood from the desk to take seat beside her taking with him his teacup.
She saw him by the conner of her eye hiding a smirk. "I've been wondering..." She left the book again, and faced him while he was taking a sip of tea. "Why do you hold your cup that way, I don't recall you held them that way."
He choked a bit and coughed. He choked a bit and laughed and she waited patiently for him. "I broke a special cup once." He finished his tea leaving cautiously the teacup over the desk and looked to the floor putting his elbows over his knees.
"Why it was special that particular cup?" She finished her own tea.
"It was the one you used to use." He turned to her in an apology way
She tenderly smiled and caressed his cheek. "It was just a cup, don't be so hard on yourself." She stood up and yawned. "Time to sleep." She stretched pulling her arms over her head and then walked to her bedroom while he watched from the couch. Before going in she stopped and looked back. "Are you not coming?"
Without giving twice thought, Levi followed her with his heart already racing. She had made herself comfortable in the bed waiting for him to joined her. He took off his jacket, cravat, the straps and his boots finally getting under the sheets.
She was laying on her side and he did the same, both facing each other. Knowing he wouldn't do anything else, she made herself closer until the point she could cuddle him and rested her head in the crook of his neck. "Good night, Ackerman."
For a couple seconds he doubted about what he should do, but her warmness invited him to embraced her with one arm around her waist and the other stroking her hair, giving him the most beautiful sensation he has had in a long time.
