[TW SOME MENTIONS OF ABUSE, NEGLECT, AND TRAUMA]

You awoke to feeling a breath on your neck, tickling your skin. Sun poured through the window, burning into your eyes. Then, you remembered where you were.

Last night, after another argument with your mom, you went off to Mirio's place and spent the night there. And now, here you were, being sandwiched between the two boys. Tamaki was still asleep, his arms wrapped around your waist and his head resting on your chest while Mirio was awake, stroking your hair and nestling his chin on your shoulder.

"Morning sunshine." He murmured lowly, his voice still gravelly from sleep.

"Good morning, Miri. Were you watching me sleep?" You asked teasingly. "Maybe."

He answered, making you scoff. "Stalker."

"You look so pretty when you sleep. I can't help it!" Mirio told you, pressing kisses to your neck, and making you squeal out, beginning to squirm and giggle.

After a moment or two, he stopped playing around, calming you down and putting a finger to your lips. "Shhh, we don't wanna wake Tamaki."

You looked down at the shy teen boy, seeing him stir in his sleep. He was so handsome, so beautiful. They both were.

"He's so adorable isn't he?" You questioned, brushing a hair out of his face.

"Yes, he is." Mirio agreed, looking at Tamaki with just as much admiration as you did, and you didn't even realize it.

"Mirio, I have a question, about yesterday." You said, looking over your shoulder at the blonde. "Yes, Sunshine?"

"When you were talking about Dabi's job and you were saying those things about how sketchy it was. Did you mean it? And do you know anything about it?"

Mirio sighed, sitting up and looking down at you. "Promise you won't get mad?"

"I can promise I won't get mad at you. Besides that, I don't know." You replied, still playing with Tamaki's hair.

Good. Get mad at Dabi so you can get rid of him and never see him again.

"Well, the other night I was walking back home after swim practice, and across the street, I saw Dabi hanging around an empty alleyway, and handing someone some sort of bag and...I have pictures if you would like to see." Mirio offered.

"Show me."

Picking up his phone from the nightstand, Mirio swiped through it, handing you the electronic. There was Dabi, leaning against the brick wall of an alleyway. You swiped to the next photo and saw him handing a little clear baggie of some sort of material. Having enough, you turned off the phone, giving it back to Mirio.

"Thank you for showing me this." That was all you said. You were too angry to say anything else.

How could one of your closest friends lie to you like this? How could he not tell you about what was doing? You told him almost everything, why couldn't he do the same?

And so, after breakfast, you went to deal with it.

--

"You wanted to talk, Dollface?" Dabi asked while he stood in the living room. You faced away from him, cutting up some vegetables in the kitchen for the dinner you were preparing for Eri and your mother.

Taking a deep breath, you brushed a hair out of your face, setting the knife down with a shaky hand. "Where were you the other night?"

"What?"

"I said, where were you the other night?" You repeated, your voice firm and angry.

"I don't know what you mean." He denied, further setting you off.

"Mirio saw you. He saw you in the alleyway selling drugs." You pulled out your phone, showing him the pictures. He looked down at your phone and back up at you, not saying anything. He knew he was caught.

"All these years, all these years you lied to me. You didn't leave home to go to college, did you? I can't believe this. I can't believe you!" You shouted at him. "You know what? Get out. Get out of my house!"

"You know what my father put me through. You know about my family. And you expect me to live a normal life? You expect me not to be broken? I hate to break it to you, (y/n), but life isn't just some fairytale where you can get whatever you want." Dabi yelled back at you.

Those words managed to silence you. Ever since you were little, you were there for Dabi, when he dealt with his abusive father, and the neglect and physical, verbal and mental trauma he put him through. Often times, your family took him in, and let him stay over at your home. He was basically like a brother to you at this point.

"This was the only way out for me, (y/n). I knew if I told you, you wouldn't understand. I'm going to get out of this business as soon as I can, I promise." He told you, lowering his voice.

With a sigh, he held out his arms, and you could already tell what he wanted. You made your way over to him, letting him embrace you.
He held you tightly, letting you rest your head on his chest.

Once Dabi got out of this, he wanted to take you far far away from this place. Far away from everyone else, far away from those pests you called your friends. He was going to get you all alone, so he could keep you as his.

"Hey, you know what would be a good idea? If we had a sleepover. Just like old days. We could have it down in your basement. Watch a movie, it would be nice." He offered.

"That does sound nice." You hummed to yourself, relaxing as Dabi rubbed soothing circles on your lower back. He pressed a kiss to your forehead, cupping your cheek and caressing it softly.

Soon, dollface. Soon, it'll be just you and me, against the world.

--

Mirio and Tamaki watched as you hugged Dabi, basically fuming with jealousy. He had no right to touch you like that. He had no right to kiss you like that. Only they were allowed to do that. Because you belong to them, and no one else.

Tamaki grabbed Mirio's hand, squeezing it as an attempt of ridding all his jealousy and anger flowing through him. There they were again, watching you from the car. Watching some other man try and take you from them.

"W-what do we do now, Mirio?" Tamaki asked, the desperation to have you back clear in his voice.

"Well, it's obvious that we can't break the relationship like we did with Shigaraki. There's too much history. But, again, Dabi is in a drug trafficking ring. So it wouldn't be a surprise if he went missing while looking for someone who was also gone." Mirio answered.

"So you're saying..." Tamaki trailed off, a sick, knowing smile crossing his lips.

Mirio nodded. "Exactly. I'll text you when the time is right."

(A/N: Sorry in advance 😬
