[TW: Heavy mentions of Body Dysmorphia]

"W-what? But no one else has had a problem with it until now, I don't understand." You stuttered to Gran Torino.

"Sorry kid, some of the girls were complaining about you getting changed in the bathroom, and if we let you do it, then we have to let everyone do it." He told you.

Recently, you had grown a little more self-conscious about your body and didn't feel comfortable changing in front of others. So you got changed in the bathroom.

But now, some girls were complaining about it, and you had to get changed in front of everyone.

"Okay, thank you, sir." You muttered, walking back over to the locker room.

And there were all the other girls, stripping off their gym uniforms. You forced yourself to look at the floor, trying not to make eye contact with them. You knew if you did, you would only feel bad about yourself and compare your body to theirs.

Sometimes, you just felt like your body was disgusting. Like you were disgusting. And right now, you felt horrible. Slowly, you grabbed the hem of your shirt, pulling it off and looking away as you felt eyes on you.

As you pulled down your shorts, you briefly looked up to see Nejire staring at you with a sadistic smirk on her face, her lavender eyes working their way up and down your figure.

Your face went hot with embarrassment, and you covered up your body the best you could. A familiar nauseous feeling twisted your stomach, and you hurriedly continued, feeling even more repulsive.

"What's wrong, (y/n)? Shy?" She asked, a good chunk of the girls changing now staring at you.

You didn't answer, just looked away as you put on your skirt. "Oh don't worry, it's okay, everyone gets self-conscious about their bodies, especially when they have one like yours."

The other females all began to laugh at you, and you grabbed your things, rushing out of the changing area and out to the hallway.

Don't let them see you cry, they'll just think you're weak.

You thought to yourself, blinking back tears as you raced out into the hall, needing to take a breath. You felt like you were drowning in humiliation, like everyone was staring at you and your mess of a body. You felt sick.

"(Y/n)? Are you okay?" Mirio asked, following after you.

"I'm fine." You blatantly lied, refusing to look him or Tamaki in the eyes.

"You're obviously not-"

"I said I'm fine!" You snapped at the two, slapping a hand over your mouth as you looked up at them in shame. Tamaki had flinched, while Mirio just furrowed his eyebrows in frustration.

"I'm sorry, I need to leave. I-I just can't be here right now." You turned away from the boys, running off and exiting the school. You had to skip. You just couldn't stay there any longer.

--

You got lucky when you got home, and your mother was out somewhere, leaving you all alone. Once you got inside, you shut all your blinds and wrapped yourself with your blanket, hiding away from the world.

You spent hours trying to take a nap, to sleep off all the pain, and that sickening feeling in your stomach, but it kept on coming back at you. Shouting at you, telling you, forcing you to look in the mirror to see how ugly you are.

And the same words repeated in your head. The words your ex-boyfriend had said to you, that you would always think of every now and then. What was it again? Oh right.
