"So my suspension's going to be lifted tomorrow." You told Mirio and Tamaki as you laid out on the bed with them. Times had gotten tough with your mother, so to avoid fighting with or seeing her, you would stay at their place until late at night, or would just stay overnight.
It had been a boring couple of days which you spent working and taking care of Eri. At first, you enjoyed it, being able to sleep late, not having to stress over tests or anything, but after a day or two, you noticed how the hours would pass by slowly and how your phone would become less and less interesting.
There were no more new shows or episodes of anime you could binge on Netflix, and even playing the Otome games on your computer had stopped entertaining you. It got to the point where you looked forward to going to work.
Plus, you missed going to school with Tamaki and Mirio. They were the major reason as to why you loved going.
But it pained them as much as it pained you, if not more so. Seeing your beautiful face and talking with you always brightened their day, and when you were gone, the two just wanted the day to be over with so they could rush home and see you.
"You know what you should do to celebrate? Come to our events! We're both having them tomorrow, you should totally go see us!" Mirio suggested.
"That's a great idea! But I don't know if I have a babysitter available for Eri." You muttered hesitantly.
"Just bring her along! I'm sure she'd love to see us in action." Mirio winked with a grin.
You smirked to yourself, thinking over the idea. "Alright, let's do this."
"A-are you sure? My games aren't that interesting. A-and I'm not that good. I-I don't do that much." Tamaki chimed in nervously.
"Don't say that Tamaki! You're great! You should see him play (y/n), he's absolutely amazing!" Mirio complimented, making Tamaki blush a little.
"I-I just don't want to disappoint anyone." He admitted, refusing to look you in the eyes and staring down at his hands.
You took his hands, making him meet your gaze. "You're not going to disappoint anyone, Tamaki. I promise. I know you're going to do great."
A cute little smile slipped over his lips, showing that he was on board. "Okay, t-then I can't wait for you to come to see me."
"That's the spirit!"

The first event you were going to was Tamaki's volleyball game. When you arrived, the place was packed, and you never realized how many people loved watching the sport. A lot of it was girls going to see the freshman on the varsity team, many swooning and fawning over them.
"Tamaki's starting?" You murmured to Mirio in awe as you watched him join the other teens on the court. On varsity teams like this, they often spaced out playing time, some players not being able to begin or be on the starting lineup. Fortunately, Tamaki was not one of them.
"Oh yeah. He's been starting ever since he was a sophomore. He really is amazing, just you see." Mirio told you.
The game began quickly, with the ball flying from one side to another, boys moving all over the place to keep it from hitting the ground. Tamaki made a few good saves and hits, managing to keep the ball up and impressing you and Eri.
At one point, the ball almost hit the floor, but Tamaki dove and saved it. He even got the normally uninterested Eri excited.
"Tamaki's so cool!" The little girl cheered, making you and Mirio trade happy glances with one another.
