Third Person's POV

Meanwhile, the first rays of sunlight slowly appeared over the horizon, where the sky seemed to meet the Grand Orleas River. After hours of chaos, the once-violent waves had finally calmed, leaving the river eerily peaceful.

With the sun now fully risen, the true extent of the destruction became impossible to ignore. Large portions of the forest were still burning, while thick smoke drifted across the sky. The ground was covered with broken trees, ashes, blood, and countless lifeless bodies.

Jeremy's army had finally reached the tribe's territory.

Jeremy had expected destruction. He had not expected this.

He stood frozen among piles of charred bodies, barely able to comprehend what he was seeing. Even the knights, trained to remain disciplined regardless of circumstances, couldn't hide the shock reflected in their faces.

His eyes traveled across the ruined forest, but he couldn't even see where the destruction ended. Fires still consumed the trees, and smoke obscured parts of the battlefield.

Jeremy slowly shook his head before turning toward his soldiers.

"Move! Rescue anyone who is still alive. Extinguish every remaining fire in the forest and..." He paused, struggling to finish. "Bury all these bodies."

His voice weakened at the final command. Too many lives had been lost in a single night. Fortunately, the council had finally regained its senses.

Most importantly, the Alpha had miraculously awakened from the hallucinations that had imprisoned his mind. He was currently resting inside his room, finally forced to confront the truth he had spent months refusing to accept.

According to the Alpha, the Dark Coven had threatened him. They promised to kill his Luna and their unborn child if he refused to cooperate with the agreement they wanted him to accept.

Dahil alam ng Alpha kung gaano kalaki ang magiging epekto ng pakikipagkasundo sa Dark Coven, tumanggi siya. He attempted to escape with his Luna and their unborn child, hoping to protect them both from the demons.

But the Dark Coven discovered their plan. And everything fell apart.

Pinatay ng mga demonyo ang kanilang Luna, then stole her identity and power. They disguised themselves as her and returned to the pack, pretending that nothing had happened.

The Alpha was devastated.

Dahil sa sobrang sakit at pagkawala, tuluyan siyang naging vulnerable. The demons saw his deteriorating mental state and deliberately pushed him further into despair.

Eventually, they placed him under a powerful hallucination spell. He began believing that his Luna was still alive.

That their unborn child was still inside her. That his family had never been taken from him. Using the Luna's identity and stolen influence, the demons slowly took control of the pack.
