The Seven Medallions

Episode Seven

Pipers POV
My head was spinning like mad.

I tried to remember why I felt this way, but I couldn't concentrate.

My body racked with pain, as if I was struck by lightning a thousand times, over and over.

But why was it dark?
Oh yeah, my eyes were closed.

They fluttered open.

My head was wrapped up and propped up with a pillow. I was laying on the ground on the main deck of the Blue Typhoon with a blanket over top of me.

The Blue Typhoon.
The Electricity.
The memories came flooding back.

Crap. We crashed.
Thousands of unanswered questions flew in my head.
Where were we?
Where the others ok?
How long was I out?

I tried to sit up, but a pain erupted from all points in my body. Giving in, I let myself lie back down in defeat.

Suddenly the doors of the main deck flew open to reveal a shaking yellow fox with a first aid kit in his arms.
He looked frightened.

Tails ran over to me just as my eyes started to droop.
I started to slip out of consciousness as I heard him call out to me.

Then my cheek started to sting.
My eyes flew open as I yelled out.
"WHAT THE HECK WAS THAT FOR?"

Tails stood over me. The hand he slapped me with was still in the air.
He looked at me in shock then down at his hand.
"I- IM SORRY!" He said. "I DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO."
"OBVIOUSLY!"
I looked at Tails.
Then at the Blanket covering me.
Then I lifted my hand and felt the bandage around my head.
I saw the first aid kit next to me.
"D- Did you do all this?"
The yellow fox looked flustered. He nodded.
"Thank you." I blushed.

"Are you ok?" He asked me.
"I'll be fine." I said. "How long was I out?"
"To be honest, I'm not sure. I was out cold too. I'm guessing the others are also." He sighed. "You were out when I woke up. Your head was bleeding and your fur was still like static." Tails stared at me. "Why did you do it?"

I looked at him.
"I knew my priorities."
"But you could have died."
"We all would have if I didn't connect those cables."

Suddenly the doors slid open. Shadow, Knuckles, Amy, and Sonic came through the door. Sonic was holding the unconscious Clair bridal style in his arms.

Amy looked STEAMED.

"Hey Tails? What happened?" Sonic said.
"Where are we?" Knuckles said, rubbing his head.
"Nice landing." Shadow humphed.
Tails shot a look at Shadow and stood up.
"I don't exactly know where or when we are, but we can find out."

I started to get up to join Tails as he pushed a button on his controls for the ship. The door to the Blue Typhoon slid open to reveal the world where we crashed.
It was a beach.
I gasped as stray seagulls flew in through the open door. There were tons of them. It was almost as if the whole beach was covered from grain to grain with the birds.

Sonics jaw dropped as he put Clair down gently. He ran out of the ship and onto the sand of the beach.
"Seagull Beach," he whispered. His eyes grew wide.
"TAILS."
The yellow fox slowly walked out of the Blue Typhoon and stared in wonder at the ocean.
"I don't believe it," he said aloud.
Whatever the place was, Tails and Sonic both seemed to recognize it.
"Guys," Amy said. "Where are we?"
The two best friends were quiet. Sonic turned to Tails.
"What are the chances that this is the place?"
"Very high," Tails responded quietly.
"But that means,"

"BLY'ME CROCKET!?!" Someone called out. "IS THAT REALLY YOU SONIC? TAILS?"
A young girl came running through the miles of gulls, making them fly away in clusters. Only then did I get to see her face.

Sonic and Tails gasped.
"MARINE!"
"Oh no," Shadow grumbled.🌟

Jk I wrote it.
