The Seven Medallions

Episode 20

Pipers POV
I watched, stunned, as Shadow stormed out of the room. He looked so upset and frustrated, and for reasons I couldn't explain.

Clair looked so defeated. Her shoulders slumped and her eyes grew misty as she stared at the door that closed behind the black hedgehog. Everyone was shocked at the sudden outburst and looked curiously at one another.

Clair was silent. Her hands fumbled as she tried to hole in her emotion.
"Oh no," I whispered.
And then the storm hit.
Clair fell to the ground and wailed. snow formed in the ship and blew hard. It whistled around and stung us.
"Gah!" Sonic cried out.
"What the-" Tails exclaimed, ducking and diving under his desk.
The others ran about, trying to escape the whirling snow storm.
I tried to make my way to Clair, who was still crying bitterly on the floor. "Clair!" I shouted. "Try to get a hold of yourself!" I cried out as snow bullets rammed into my fur.
Clair opened her eyes and gasped at the sight before her. Sonic was dodging the snow with his speed, (to no avail) Tails was still ducked underneath his desk, Amy was hitting/blocking the snow with her hammer, and Knuckles was nowhere to be seen. He was probably in the control room with his Master Emerald.
Clair wiped her tears and stopped crying. Instantly everything cooled down ((pun entirely intended by the way)) and the storm stopped.

"I am so sorry," Clair said, standing. "I need to learn h-how to control m-my emotions." Tears still welled in her eyes. She flew out of the main deck following Shadow.
"Clair wait!" I called out. "Its ok! We know you didn't mean it!"
"Pfft." Amy snorted. "Maybe it's better if she stays out. We need to stay focused on the situation at hand."
"You don't have to be rude," Tails said, crawling out of his safe haven. "She feels bad."
"That's right Ames," Sonic replied, rubbing his chilled arms.
"Ugg, whatever." Amy turned around, clearly annoyed. "Lets just track down the next medallion!"
Tails flew over to the main computer and sat down. His fingers flew over the keys as he tracked down the next amulet.
"The next one we need to find is the Air Medallion, or the Medallion of the Skies," Tails said as he pulled up a picture and the ancient texts. "Whoever wears this medallion has the power to control winds, storms, etc. Whatever you touch instantly becomes airborne. It flies through the air until it lands.."
"Ouch," Sonic said. "That sounds like it would hurt."
"Where is it Tails?" I said, walking over to him.
"Let's see," he connected his amulet of the Flames to the computer once more to track down the fifth medallion.
"That's funny," he said, looking at his computer.
"What is?" Amy said, running over.
"What's wrong buddy?" Sonic joined us all huddled around the super computer.
Tails turned around in his seat.
"It's back home," he said, shocked.
"The Air Medallion is on Mobius!"
