I'm sorry that the updates and publishings are a bit late. I don't have internet at my house for now, sooo, it will take a while to publish/updating new chapters. But I will keep trying!
Alue and Dean
"Where did you guys get this?!" Dean gripped onto Darius's and Zack's shoulders after he mentioned the golden cases.
"We found them in the anti-allies cars. They were in the trunk." Zack shrugged.
"Do you guys even know what this is?" Dean asked.
Both Darius and Zack shook their heads.
"This is the chemical." Alue answered.
Darius and Zack were mute for a few minutes, figuring out that what they retrieved, is not just a small thing.
"Hold on," Zack held his hands in midair. "So, that substance is turning other hybrids into killing machines?!" He exclaimed, waving his arms.
"Unfortunately, yes." Alue's features showed sternness and crossed her arms. "I am barely starting research on this chemical. But, in the meantime, a few members and I need to track down several of the hybrids who are infected."
"S--t..." Darius commented. "Is there anything I can do?"
"For now, you mind your own business. I am going to contact our allies and spread the news."
"Right, right." Zack nodded.Third person POV
"I don't see them anywhere, Raven." Isaya glanced around Alue's hideout while she walked with her husband, Blackraven.
"Hmm...she should be here." Blackraven shrugged as he held his one year old son in his arms.
"That?" His son, Hakeem asked when he pointed at a certain someone.
Blackraven chuckled and ruffled his son's hair and noticed Jake. "That man is Jake. He is a friend of ours."
Hakeem tilted his head, and turned his gaze towards Jake, observing him.
Jake saw Blackraven and Isaya. He waved at them and approached them, smiling. "It's been a while. Hi."
Isaya and Blackraven smiled back. "привет." (Hi in Russian. Pronounced as Priv-yeht)
"Как же вы, ребята?" (How are you guys?) Jake asked.
"We came for a discussion about the epidemic. We heard from Alue." Isaya explained, showing concern in her turquoise eyes.
"Right. Let's go to the Headquarters, shall we?" Jake pointed the way; smiling.
Blackraven and Isaya nodded, following Jake to the Headquarters. Hakeem only observed his surroundings, showing curiosity in his silver and onyx eyes. But his facial features remained monotone.
As they entered in the Headquarters, Alue greeted them. Hakeem couldn't stop staring at Alue, tilting his head in curiosity.
"He seems eager to meet you." Isaya chuckled.
Hakeem nodded at his mother, as if telling her that he wanted to take a closer look of Alue's face.
"I don't mind kids." Alue grins.
Alue noticed Hakeem smiled and was handed to her. Hakeem stared at her golden fire eyes. Alue stroked his hair like a mother would to her child and observe his facial features. "He looks a lot like Blackraven." She commented.
"I feel proud." Blackraven gloated.
"He's going to be something special." Hakeem smiled at Alue's words. He then slightly tugged at Alue's shirt, trying to get her attention.
"What's up, little clone?" Alue smiled.
Hakeem pointed at her mother, Isaya. "Back to mom."
"Alright. It was nice meeting you." Alue handed Hakeem back to Isaya. "He's a smart kid."
"Well," Isaya smiled. "We do what we can to make him mentally advanced for his age."
"Good parenting. Now, about that epidemic. Who is going to help me capture one of the infected?" Alue asked.
Isaya and Blackraven wondered. "We can send our best hunters with you." Isaya shrugged.
"May I know their names?" Alue blinked in curiosity.
"Sure," Blackraven nodded. "Their names are Sasha and Kiana."
"Question; do you have any info on the infected?" Isaya asked.
"Yes," Alue gestured her and Blackraven to hold on as she walked to a desk. She took out a couple pictures of the infected and came back to them. "That's them. I only printed a picture of them, so far." She handed the pictures to Isaya.
"My god." Isaya stared at the pictures in awe. Blackraven only made his facial features stern. He looked like he was ashamed and worried at the same time.
"Dad?" Hakeem poked Blackraven at his cheek, concerned about what his father was feeling.
"I'm ok, Hakeem," Blackraven forced a smile. "Mom and Dad is just thinking about a tough situation, now."
Isaya glanced at Blackraven. 'You're thinking the same thing about Astoroth, are you?' She mind communicated with him.
Blackraven nodded in response. 'We need to stop my father. And save my little brother before it's too late...'
"We'll get your brother, if possible. Can you guys send me your best hunters in...three days?" Alue asked.
Isaya and Blackraven looked at each other. It was like they were communicating through facial expressions. They both nodded in agreement at Alue.
"Perfect," Alue smiled. "I hope you guys be safe on the way back to your base."
"Thanks. And goodbye." Isaya smiled.
"Bye, bye." Hakeem said with his soft childish voice and waved at Alue, leaving with with his parents...
