Chapter 22: This Was Just The Beginnning... (part 1 out of ?)

Day seven...
Now the war is taking place. Alue's hideout was empty, and so were her allied leaders' hideouts. Everyone who was a member evacuated to Declan's hideout and others for safety. Alue, Jake, and Blackraven were more than prepared to confront Astoroth and his legion of Blooders...

"You guys ready?" Blackraven asked everyone behind him.
"More than ready, brother." Alue cracked her knuckles and stood with confidence.
"Everyone's ready. They're in their positions waiting for us to give the signal." Jake reported.
"I got the detonators ready." Shade smirked and crossed his arms.
Jules stayed mute the whole time. He would only reply few words per moment when he had to answer. Other than that, he would keep to himself.
"Alue, I'd like to talk to you for a moment." Blackraven rubbed his face in stress.
Alue glanced at everyone to allow her and Blackraven some privacy. Everyone nodded and calmly left the headquarters room. "This is about your deal, isn't it?" Alue's face was stern but calm at the same time.
"Yes." Blackraven's voice cracked as he sighed. "Take care of my little brother. He really needs it. Can you give him a message from me?"
"Of course." Alue grabbed a camera from the clear glass desk and started to film. "You still have enough amount of time before the battle begins. Use it wisely, brother."
Blackraven rubbed the back of his neck in nervousness. "There is so much I want to tell you, Kira. But I'm afraid that there isn't much time left. Ever since you and Jaceline decided to join us, time went too fast. And I know what is my fate. This is why I'm giving you a message. Before you accuse, I suggest you hear me out and think about it..." He paused and took a deep breath.
Blackraven continued to speak. "You still wonder who massacred our family lineage, right, Kira?"
Alue asked, "Are you sure you want to explain what you did?"
Blackraven took another deep breath to stay calm and nodded. He pursed his lips. "Yes. My brother deserves to know." He saw Alue nod and started to explain about the family lineage. "I massacred our family lineage. Yes, call me a monster and whatnot. Hate me if you choose to. But, I did this for a good reason. Our father planned the chemical that day when he had a meeting with his brother and sister; Keida and Seta. Everyone in our family agreed to taking control over every hybrid except our mother, Saji, you, Kira, and I. That is why Alue was created. Alue is a experiment created by our mother to destroy Astoroth. Kira...I'm sorry that you had to be born in a corruptive family. But you can clean our family name when this battle is over and when I'm gone. Be strong Kira. You have a better chance for a better future ahead of you. Прощай, goodbye, little brother..." Blackraven smiled with hope and desperation in his eyes.
Alue stopped filming and bit her lip. "We have to go. Now."
Blackraven nodded and followed Alue out of the headquarters room.
They went to the weapons room and armed themselves.
Until they heard a loud rumbling.
"Jake!" Alue hurried to grab ammunition and sprinted out the room, but with caution.
'No. Astoroth went ahead of us!' Blackraven sprinted where the noise was taking place...
