For this chapter, I don't know how many parts this will take, because I have many ideas for this. I just hope this chapter will seem interesting to read as I imagine it to be. Again, I will try to get back on track to publish/update chapters as I used to. That depends. If I have writers block, it will take a week and half to publish one part.
If I don't have writers block, it should take less than between...a day or four days to publish one part of the chapter.
I hope I don't have writers block. It annoys me, but, oh, well. I will write as much as I can.
Oh, after I am finished with this chapter, I will number the parts.
Enjoy!Astoroth has been pondering what was going on with Kira lately. His son didn't argue with him like they used to. He seems more content. There has been less fighting between him and his son, but not much communication. Of course, To Astoroth, it's no surprise that Kira disrespects him. Especially when Kira cursed at him to shove his communication up his...you know where, no need to curse in this story, only somewhat censored.
But then he forgot a certain friend of Kira. Oh, yes, that girl. Although, he doesn't know much about Jaceline and Kira's relationship. He hasn't seen them in a while. The last time he saw them, he noticed something peculiar. As if they were close friends. A little too close.
He decided to put that aside and be more focused on how to get rid of some of Alue's allies. And his older son, Blackraven, too. He has heard of His older son has a family. Maybe...just maybe, he could use that as Blackraven's weakness. He didn't think of that before, but he could use that as plan B or plan C. Oh, he has the upper hand of the cards for now. He is almost halfway to his goal. He won't stop until he gets what he wants. He and his allies are highly capable to use lives in getting what they want.
But during the time that passed, Astoroth has been struggling to train his Blooders as heartless soldiers. So has his right hand man, Xaver. They have been making their business well, so far. But it won't last for long. Now, Xaver was on his way to Astoroth's base to keep their business going. As Xaver went to the entrance of the base, the guards let him in, and he searched for Astoroth. He figured Astoroth might be in his usual place; his office.
He sprinted to Astoroth's office and knocked on the door.
Astoroth slightly twitched his left ear and sighed. "Enter."
Xaver entered in the office and sat on a leather chair. He leaned on the chair and placed his ankles on the table. "How's business going for you so far?" He crossed his arms over his head, relaxing.
"It's been going so and so. The good news is I trained my members, who are now Blooders. The bad news is our anti-allies; Alue and several others; know what I'm up to." Astoroth narrowed his gaze at the ground, biting his fingernail in stress. "What about you, Xaver?" Astoroth glanced at him in curiosity.
"Business has been a struggle. I've been having my suspicions, lately." Xaver carelessly rolled his eyes and sighed.
"How come?" Astoroth narrowed an eyebrow.
"Several of my base members have been avoiding me. Sometimes, actually. Sometimes I don't see them for a week." Xaver shrugged.
"Sounds suspicious. You should check on them." Astoroth suggested.
"I should. I have a bad feeling about them." Xaver rubbed his chin; thinking. "What else can we do?"
"I was thinking of," Astoroth evilly chuckled. "Slowly getting rid of Alue's allies."
Xaver seemed interested in this idea. "But, how?"
"I will figure out something. For now..." Astoroth smirked. At Xaver's base...
Suspicions have been growing. But, only because Xaver doesn't know the group of people after him... These people are not just 'base members', but a anonymous group that will be the key to somewhat preventing a war...
