I Now Realize

Chapter 21: The Map (part 4 out of 6)

Astoroth usually isolated himself in his room, trying to cautiously plan how to control Kira without getting caught...
'I take this needle to draw blood.' Astoroth held a needle and cut an inch of his skin on his wrists and ankles.

In the meantime, Kira was peacefully sleeping next to Jaceline with his arm gently wrapped around her stomach. Kira then flinched in his sleep. He could feel a painful sting in his wrists and ankles. He creased his eyebrows and slowly clenched his teeth...

'My arms are to summon the beast by blood.' Astoroth pulled up his sleeves and revealed black marks on his forearms that were tattoos. The tattoos seemed to have significance for the chemical.

Kira abruptly awakened his eyes. His eyes became pitch black with a royal blue color outlining the onyx eyes. Then a baby blue color outlined the royal blue color. Kira stealthily arose, as if he was being possessed. He cautiously scanned the room and noticed Jaceline. He only stared at her, not knowing what to do.

Astoroth continued his ritual and closed his eyes. 'My eyes will see what the host sees and my thoughts will control his movements. Now...get up and go to the door.' He mentally commanded Kira to rise.

Kira was no longer himself at the moment. His body obeyed the orders against his will as he arose from bed and put a simple shirt and jeans. His legs walked to the door and waited for the next command.

'Your eyes will return to normal. I don't want people suspecting you having physical problems. Now, open the door and leave.' Astoroth still remained with his eyes closed and sitting with his legs crossed.

Kira's eyes returned to a normal color and left the room...

'Good boy. Now, act normal, but, explore the hideout for me. I want to see every inch of the layout.' Astoroth smirked and chuckled.

Kira's legs obeyed Astoroth's command and walked to a huge crowd of people and scanned his surroundings...

Astoroth raised his eyebrows in surprise at the layout of Alue's hideout. "Well, I'll be stunned. I never thought Alue's hideout would be stylish. The girl has taste in architecture. What a shame to destroy such a beautiful hideout." He commented to himself. 'By the way, Don't let anyone notice you.' He warned Kira.

Kira continued to walk and looked around.
"Well, your already awakened, little brother." Blackraven creased Kira's hair with his wolf sized hands.

'Well, well. If isn't the older...son.' Astoroth bit his lip in annoyance as he saw Blackraven though Kira's eyes. 'After your conversation with this one, cautiously follow him to his base. Right now I will only possess your sight and hearing.' Astoroth deviously smirked at his plan working so far. He grabbed a binder, several sheets of paper and a pencil. If he was going to use Kira as the map, he might as well sketch the layouts of the hideouts. Of course, he still remained with his eyes closed. But he knows his way around since he was trained to combat without seeing.

"Hey, what's the matter?" Blackraven waved his left hand at Kira's face to catch his attention.
Kira blinked several times and shook his head from his daze. "I'm sorry, brother. I felt hypnotized for a good moment."
Blackraven creased his forehead and took Kira's words into suspicion. "What do you mean?"

'Oh, no you don't, Kira!' Astoroth paused on drawing a quick sketch of Alue's hideout and made several hand signs to take possession over Kira's voice by making Kira say what Astoroth wants him to say.

"Um, I don't know. I guess it's because I feel so sleepy, you know?" Kira rubbed his forehead and yawned.
"Really?" Blackraven folded his arms and narrowed his gaze. "How's Jaceline and the baby?"

'Kira's child?' Astoroth quickly wondered as he continued sketching Alue's hideout. He snapped his fingers and nodded to himself. 'Of course! I remember the news of that mongrel. I can't Kira created a monster with that human named Jaceline. No, Astoroth, keep your cool. When it's the time for battle, release all your fury against Alue and her little friends...' Astoroth argued with himself and continued to control Kira.

"The baby is doing fine." Kira proudly smiled. " I never felt more proud." He leaned on the wall and stared at the ceiling.
Blackraven rubbed Kira's hair with his fist and chuckled. "And I never thought you were going to get there." Blackraven chuckled.

'Um...too much info. I don't want to know when Kira got along with the opposite gender.' Astoroth shuddered and stuck his tongue out in disgust.

"Well, Alue and the other leaders are going to be busy with evacuating the hideout members. And... I just hope that all will go well for the war. But, before the battle, I would like to give you something. My gift isn't done yet." Blackraven sadly smiled. As if he knew what was his fate.
Kira stared at him and bit his lip; not knowing what to say. "I'm sure things will get better after the war, brother. I will see you later, I guess."
"See you in another life, Kira..." Blackraven muttered in Kira's ear and patted his shoulder and smiled. He walked away, leaving Kira and Astoroth mute.
