Chapter 17: A Shattered Plan... (part 6 out of 8)

My apologies if the previous part was uneventful. I had writers block from a english test. But now I was bombed back to Earth and now recovered even though I have a few broken limbs. I'm kidding...or am I? O.o
Never mind about that! Oh, just a notification; this and another part will have moments of time skip because I don't want to write looooong fillers about one or two things.
I hope that the Time Skip is...geez, I'm lacking vocabulary... I hope it's quick and accurate to read. If not, email me and I will appreciate and edit it even though I won't reply back. Back to the story!

Time skip!
Pressure crawled on Kira's skin.
He didn't have enough time to think of either staying in the city, or move out with the crowds.
He had to think now for Jaceline and his child.
"Kira?" Jaceline stood behind him; who was sitting on the couch stressfully thinking. She rested her head on Kira's shoulder.
"Hey, Jace." Kira taped his eyes at Jaceline and made a sad smile. "I'm thinking we should leave the city and try to find Alue."
Jaceline grinned about her idea and hugged Kira. "When do we move out?"
"When this city is filled with crowds. It will make it easier to leave. But first, have u and Alue ever met?" Kira that ght that if they were to leave the city, he will want to know if Jaceline and Alue are old friends just in case.
However, Kira wouldn't deny that he is nervous about the possibilities of trying to find Alue. This was a thirty-seventy percent chance of finding Alue. They might either be found by Kira's father or succeed in becoming Alue's allies.
But Kira didn't care about what would happen to him.
He was more worried about Jaceline's safety...
"Yes, Alue and I are old friends. However, I didn't know about how your father created the frame incident." Jaceline went around the couch and sat beside Kira. "Since then, we haven't contacted." Jaceline shrugged and frowned.
"Do your have a device that can contact her?" Kira curiously asked, slightly raising his eyebrows.
"Yes. I always kept it with me." Jaceline had a light bulb brighten in her mind. "I hope that she will accept us after I contact her. I can try right now, if you'd like."
Kira smiled and nodded. "Yeah. The quicker, the better..."

Time Skip with Alue
On the same day, Alue has been minding her own business with Jake by doing research of the chemical. No luck has been found for trying to find a way to reverse the effect. Alue thought it was hopeless in a way. But she still had a feeling that there is still time to at least prevent the war.
But how will the war be handled?
Wars lead to exceeding rates of death; Alue knows that. That's what she doesn't want. But she can't take the bad or good side away.
She doesn't anyone to suffer. She can imagine how vitiated her allies will feel when they end up killing the people they loved who are converted into Blooders.
She can't let that happen.
Oh, dear... And Alue knows herself pretty well what she will be capable of. She is capable of making the most lunatic yet the best plan to save...or prevent a war...
Alue was slapped back into reality when she heard her phone vibrate. 'Who could this be at this hour?' She answered and couldn't believe who's voice she was hearing. "Jaceline?!"
"Yes, it's been a long time!" Jaceline's voice sounded ecstatic.
"Is this really you?" Alue's tone softened in both suspicion and anxiety.
"Of course! It's a long story, actually. I left the base with the help of...the person I love?" Jaceline nervously chuckled.
Alue creased her eyebrows in confusion, or at least acting. "What do you mean?"
Jaceline hesitated but preferred to answer. "To put it shortly; Kira and I left the base because of the whole Blooder situation going on..."
Alue was half shocked as she was still tuned to their conversation. Kira? Astoroth's son? Well, she has no hatred against Astoroth whatsoever. But she never imagined Kira to have feelings for someone.
'Kira and Jaceline...' Alue pictured them as a couple. 'They're adorable, but how peculiar."
"And, we're going to have a child in the next eight months."
Say what?! Alue's eyes skydived out of her face from so much shock. She couldn't believe it! Wait until Blackraven sees his little brother becoming a father. Well, Kira isn't much of a little brother anymore.
"Wow. Congratulations. And you contacted me because you want protection for your baby. Ok! I will meet up with you at the forest, depending when you will move out of the city." Alue shrugged to herself and smiled.
"Ok. Is tomorrow possible?" Jaceline asked.
"Of course. Just let me know where you are. I will tell u that I will be disguised just in case." Alue notified
"Ok. Thank you so much, Alue." Jaceline sighed in relief.
"Anything for an old friend..." Alue smiled to herself as usual when she's glad to help anyone in need...
