Arena

"I can wait to see everyone!" I said looking my out the airplane window. "Okay I get it will you stop telling me now?" I heard David say next to me. "What's wrong with you moody?"

"Nothing's wrong with me." He mumbled. "Yeah sure" I said rolling my eyes. He's been moody since we got on the airplane.

"Attention passengers we will be landing soon please put your seat belts on and thank you for flying with us." I heard and I smiled, only a few more minutes before I'm home sweat home.

"Man it's really busy here isn't it?" I said looking around the big crowds of people. "Well it is a airport" David replied still a little moody. "I've never been in a airport though..."

"Well there always like this." I glanced at David, I'm guessing he's been to one a few times before then. "Arena!" I heard behind me and I turned around to see Max running up to me.

"Max!" I picked him up and gave him a big hug. "Arena I missed you so much!" "I missed you to little guy." I put him down and mom came in sight. I smiled "Hey mo-" That's when I saw a tall guy behind her.

When they got closer my mouth went wide open. "Dad?" He smiled at me and I looked at mom confused. "I needed someone to watch Max when you were gone" she said knowing I was going to ask.

"I see..." "Well let's get going we have a party planned for this afternoons to celebrate your safe trip home." "Okay." We started to walk away when I looked back and saw David still standing by himself.

"W-wait one second there's something I need to do." "Okay, but don't take to long." "Yeah okay..." I went back over to David who seemed to still be down. "Everything okay David?"

He looked a little startled for a second. "Yeah everything is fine..." I looked at him a little sadly, it's doesn't look like it. "Still haven't seen your parents yet?" "My dads at work he can't get me."

"Okay what about your mom?" David didn't answer. "David?" "She's not coming either..." He said looking away from me. David what's wrong with you... "Arena! Come on we don't have all day!"

"Right...okay I'm coming!" I grabbed David's wrist and started to drag him with me. "W-what are you doing?" "Well I can't just leave you here by yourself so your coming with me to the welcome back party."

"Why?" "Because I'm not the only who made it back okay." "Arena..." "Nope there's no way you can talk me out off it. Your coming and that's that." I head him sighed but he didn't try to argue.

I don't know what's bugging David but by the end of the day I'll have back to normal for sure.
