I slowly opened my eyes and felt pain in my right arm. "w-what happened?" I looked to my left and found David laying there. "that's right David broke my fall." I shook him a little "David..."

He didn't answer me. No don't tell me he's...panicking I put my figure under her noise. He's still breathing, I grabbed his wrist and sighed with relief. "He has a good pulse too."

Feeling a little better I started to look around. Everywhere I looked there were trees and when I looked up it was a long way up from where we fell. There's no way we can climb back up.

I looked back at David "and I have no idea what kind of shape he's in. He could of broken something for all I know. All of a sudden I heard a moan and then David slowly started to open his eyes.

I looked at him a little concern "you okay?" "I've felt better..." he said looking over at me. "here I'll help you sit up." After a couple minutes David was leaning on a tree. Then it went dead silent between us.

"So, is there any chance we can climb up?" I shook my head no. He sighed "Well that's just great, how long were we out cold?" "honestly I don't know but I have some good news and some bad news."

"Okay let's here the good news first." "It's getting dark so everyone should have meet up and know we're missing." "Okay so what's the bad news?" "It's getting dark making it harder to find us."

"So in other words were stuck here tonight" David asked. "yeah most likely" I answered. "this isn't good it gets really cold out here" David whispered. "We need to build a fire."

"Yeah but how?" I thought about for a second and the stood up. "We need wood." "Okay but when we get some how are we going to get it started?" "We will think of something when that time comes."

"Okay well we better find ourselves some wood." he started to try and stand up but I stopped him. "No you stay here just in case people show up." "I can't let you go by yourself Arena..."

"I'll be fine and I won't go that far." and before he could argue any more I went deeper into the woods. "Sorry David but your in no condition to be moving around yet."
