Chapter 46

Arena

I was slowing walking down the hallway to my classroom. I barley slept last night, Travis came over and we made out until he decided he was satisfied.

By the time he left it was late and I had to stay up to finish the project. I really just want to go home and sleep... "Arena!" I heard Kendra yell from somewhere.

She came up to me "so you won't guess what Aaron got me last night...Are you okay?" She asked when she stood right in front of me. "Yeah just didn't sleep well last night." I answered.

"Arena!" I looked behind to see David coming toward me. "Did you finish the science project?" "Yeah..." I barley got out. He gave me a look of concern "are you okay?"

"Didn't...sleep..." Talking was starting to take up all my energy. "...maybe you should go to the nurses office and rest." "give your opinion to someone who cares" I said coldly and left.

"Arena...class is over." I slowly opened my eyes. I saw David Looking down at me with a concern look. I stood up quickly and looked around to see we were the only ones left in the room.

"Oh no I didn't..." "Yes you did." I heard the teacher say and he walked over to our desk. "Is my class so boarding that it made you fall asleep miss Arena."

"I'm so sorry it was an accident, I didn't sleep well last night and..." He held his hand up telling me to stop talking. "I'll let you by this time, but don't ever let it happen again." "I swear it won't."

He smiled "then you can leave." Me and David left the room and it was dead silent. I looked down at my feet as we walked, I wish things could go back to normal.

I stopped at my locker and so did he. He had gotten his stuff ready first and looked at me. "...get some rest tonight" he said and he walked off. I rested my head on my locker and tried to hold back the tears.
