"Hey, Katsuki, thanks for trying to defend me and all." I smiled, giving the blonde boy a quick kiss on the cheek, before turning away and blushing.

"Don't mention it-" he started, before grabbing the back of my head and placing his lips on mine.

I widened my eyes in shock as his lips touched mine.
They were warm, and gentle.

Not like how Midoriya's were when we first met again..

I pulled back, looking up at the blonde, heart racing.

"Katsuki.." I muttered, stepping further back.

I felt horrible. Sure, there was some attraction there...

But my heart ached for Midoriya's touch.

Not Bakugous...

"Y/N..." he muttered, looking away and up to the sky.

The black blanket was littered with white speckles.

I looked down at my now blood stained clothes, wiping them painfully with my still blackened hands.

"You got blood all over me, dumbass." I smiled weakly, attempting to weaken the awkward tension between us.

"Oh shit, my bad." Bakugou mumbled, looking over my blood stricken clothes.

"It's okay.. can we talk about what just happened, like, tomorrow? I feel sick.." I lied, avoiding his crimson eyes.

"Of course.. want me to get you anything, like painkillers? I can ask Momo for you." He asked, concern laced in his voice.

Well, this was a side of him I never expected to see.

"Are you possessed or something? Where your usual attitude gone?" I asked, narrowing my eyes jokingly.

Katsuki growled. "Yeah yeah I'm just trying to be nice. Your hands look like shit, like the rest of you."

"Well fuck you too." I smirked, before wincing.

Fuck, my hands really do hurt.

"Hey, y/n, what happened to your hands anyway?" Katsuki asked, grabbing my wrists gently.

I winced again.

"Well... the nurses gave me medicine to help stop my quirk.. because of well- Yumi.. and I thought it had worn off, so I tried to use my quirk... and it burnt through my skin... it hurts like hell, not gonna lie." I confessed, pulling my hands away from Katsuki's.

"I'll get you some bandages, let's head back down." He smiled slightly, walking down the stairs.

I followed, turning quickly to look at the roof top once more before I left.

Why did it feel like someone was watching me..?

I shuddered the feeling away, closing the door and heading back to my room.

Katsuki came a couple minutes later, bandages in hand.

"Let's get those hands sorted out." He smiled gently, sitting next to me.

"I think you need some bandages too, Katsuki. You're putting blood on my bed." I grumbled, feigning anger.

"Ehh, I'll be fine." He shrugged, pulling my burnt hands towards him.

I winced as he wrapped the pale dust-grey bandages around my hands, being careful as to not scratch or disturb the burns.

This was a side of Katsuki I never thought I'd see.

He was always so cold, so mean..

It was nice.

He was like this before his quirk developed, though.

I remember those times...

So simple....

"Kacchan! Y/N!" Midoriya yelled out, smiling as he ran towards me and the spiky blonde.

Our parents wandered over to the picnic mats, sitting down and talking as we played in the playground.

"Katsukiiiiiii, help me!" I giggled, hanging upside down from the monkey bars.

"I'll save you!" Katsuki said, placing his hands on his hips in a heroic pose.

"I'll help too!!" Midoriya yelled, clambering up the monkey bars.

I hang there lazily, smiling as the boys clambered to come grab me like the heroes they aspired to be.

Then my feet began slipping.

"KATSUKI! MIDORIYA! HELP!" I screamed, distress clear in my voice as my legs slipped from the metal bar, my body speeding into the ground at full impact.

Then I heard a boom.

Explosions popped from Katsuki's hands as he ran towards me, rolling underneath as my body fell into his.

"Argh.. ouch..." Katsuki groaned.

I rolled off the boy, still in a daze as our parents rushed over.

"Y/N! Are you okay??" My mother asked, pulling me into her arms.

"Yeah.. Katsuki saved me." I smiled wonkily.

Katskuki's mother looked over at her son, explosions still popping off his hands.

"Katsuki! Your quirk!!" His mother smiled, swinging the boy in her arms.

Midoriya watched amazed.

"You saved her Katsuki! And you've got a quirk!!" Midoriya squealed in excitement.

"Pretty cool, huh." Katsuki grinned.

Then he changed..

God, how cocky he became.

"All done.." Katsuki grinned, tugging at the bandage one more time to make sure it didn't come loose.

"Thanks, Katsuki." I smiled back.

"If you need anything, let me know." Katsuki said, standing up and heading to the door.

"Also.. goodnight, I love you." Katsuki smirked, shutting my door and walking off.

I sat there, staring at the back of my door.

Sure, I loved him.
But not like that..

He was like a brother to me.. we always fight and quarrel.. like real siblings.

I feel so bad...

I lay back down on my bed, staring at the ceiling.

God, everything's a mess.

Midoriya's in jail.
Katsuki's in love with me.
The league want me for Yumi.
The police think I'm a traitor.
The teachers no longer have any trust in me.
My classmates probably hate me.

At this point, my life's a mess.

Maybe.. if I run away, that'll fix everything.

It can't fix my heart though...

Because it's torn in three places.

I looked out the window, watching as the rain trickled down.

Only to be met with a pair of eyes staring right back at me.
