Chapter 34- An Appearance

Hawks' POV

Shit shit shit, this wasn't supposed to happen. Not today.

At least Endeavor won. Thats a plus, but fuck, I haven't checked on (y/n). She better be okay.

I ran to Endeavor's side, and then blue flames surrounded us. Both of us are down. I'm all out of feathers and he used up all of his power fighting that Nomu. 

And I still have no idea where (y/n) is. 

I catch Endeavor just as he's about to fall and set him down slowly. He's got terrible burns on his body. He needs medical care, "This was definitely a huge win," I say.

Suddenly blue flames engulf us fuck, "Well, I wasn't expecting to find you here,"

I watched Dabi, who disregarded me and watched Endeavor, "You killed Snatch," Endeavor snarled, "He was a good hero,"

"Snatch huh?" Bacon-bits, said, "Why don't we forget about him and have a friendly chat,"

Endeavor started to move, "Don't," I stopped him, "You're in no shape to fight, I'll take care of this guy," 

"Ahh, no need for heroics, I mean there is absolutely no way I could win this fight against two heroes beaten down!" His eyes filled with rage and murder. His blue fire started balling up in his stitched hand. What the hell is he doing?

Just as he was about to strike, a force pushes him back, "Finally, I got here just in time," (y/n) smirked at us, "you guys ok?"

"Wow, wow, just the person I've been dying to see," Dabi grinned viciously. He shifted his gaze from (y/n) to me, trying to say something with that look of anticipation in his eye. 

I hear (y/n) snort, "Funny you say that, cause looking at you makes me wanna barf,"

He raises an eyebrow in amusement, "You're looking kind of weak (y/n), hands all bloody, that is a weakness right? The more you use your quirk the more your hands bleed? You look like you're going to pass out soon," 

He wasn't wrong, (y/n) was slightly swaying left and right. She is going to pass out soon, and nothing is going to stop him from taking her right now.

"Well shit, time's up," He cackled, as black sludge started to engulf him, "See you later number one. Oh and DON'T YOU DARE GET KILLED, ENJI TODOROKI!"

A very muscular leg kicked the sludge, the leg that belonged to Mirko, but it was no use he was already gone, "Vanished," she looked disappointed, "it's the same way they bounced out of Kamino that day,"

There was a loud thud, I look down, and see (y/n) on the floor, her blood pooling around her. 

"FUCK!"

I got (y/n) to the hospital, the doctors told me she would okay and that she just needs to sleep it off.  

I quickly left, and went to go deal with the rage building in my stomach. Crusty told me that this wasn't going to happen today. This was definitely not the plan. 

I walked into the abandoned factory. He was leaning against the wall smiling. I whip out my longest feather, aiming it for his neck, "That wasn't the plan," I said coldly

"Things change," he shrugged, "it was really just a... test,"

"A test?" I barked out, "we've been over this! I'm with the league, everything I do is so that the league can advance,"

He sighed, "No harm in a little test once in a while, besides, you still haven't brought her to me," he looked me dead in the eye, "I can see why you like her, she's strong, powerful, and feisty. She was so weak, and she still made that blast?" He whistles in appreciation, "the plans I have for her,"

I frowned at the mention of his plans...

"You know you only have a little bit more time before I take things into my own hands, I'd use her however you like while you can," he laughs and walks towards the door, "who knows, maybe I'll take a swing at her when you bring her. Or when I take her. Whichever one comes first,"

"Damn you," I whisper under my breath. 

"Anyway," He says as I watch his back, "I'll keep in touch Hawks,"
