Keigo left quickly leaving me to freak out by myself. But I needed to get myself together. When Keigo left, I waited a minute before I ran out after him. What am I doing? It's not possible for him to be the traitor. He is the number two pro hero, why would he even do that? He wants to make life for the heroes easier, make sure that we have to much free time, so why the hell would he be the traitor?

I push the thoughts out of my head and focus on the task at hand: Following Keigo.

He takes the elevator to the roof; he uses it when he wants to fly to farther places, so instead I go to the first floor. I run to the elevator pressing the button multiple times before getting impatient and running for the stairs. Two steps at a time, I'm able to run to the first floor, barely breathing. I stop at the receptionist desk, where Lucy was chilling on her phone. She looks up and see's me, anger replacing her calm expression.

I take deep breathes, trying to get oxygen in my lungs before I speak to her, "I know you hate me, but I need to know where Hawks went," I say panting for air between every word.

The brunette rolls her eyes, "I'm not permitted to give that information up," and goes back to her phone.

"You do realize I'm his intern, I need to know where he is, it's urgent, and you are obstructing me from A) learning, and B) from helping him if he needs any," I put my hands on my hips.

"Again, I can't give you that information," She says firmly and gets up, brushes past me, and goes to the bathroom.

So much for those spy skills.

I turned to go to the door, on the off chance that he was somewhere nearby or he would be in the sky somewhere, but then something caught my eye.

The Call Log History

Hero Commission: 3:45

Endeavor Agency: 7:45

I read it over and over again, making sure to look at the correct date, time and the words. Endeavor really had called him. But who could have been texting him?

Oh my god. THE PHONE! I've been here like an idiot trying to follow him when I literally could have just looked through his phone. I run to the elevator, this time, it opens immediately. I press the floor to Keigo's office about a thousand times, hoping that it would go faster. The door opens and I sprint down the hallway to his office and kick the door open.

"You know kid, those doors are expensive," The crimson winged man was sitting at his desk reading through some papers, "if you wanted to come in so bad, you should have just opened the door using the door handle?" He gestures to the silver metal.

Crap, I'm too late.

I stood there, unsure of what to say or what to do. I just kicked his door open to go through his things, and to read his texts. Obviously I can't say that, so I need to think of something if- no when he asks.

"You need something kid?" He eyes me up and down, and I realize I must look crazy. I just ran about thirty flights of stairs, and then I just sprinted the entire floor. What am I going to say for this?

"Uhhh," I search for an answer looking everywhere but him, "I-I just wanted to say that I'll see you tomorrow!" I chuckle, hoping the nervousness wasn't showing in my voice and before he could say anything I shut the door and left.

When I got home, Miranda was there cooking some dinner. She offered me some, but I refused and told her I was going to do some work and then sleep. Nodding, we went our separate ways. I threw my door open and tossed my shoes off. I quickly changed out of my clothes and into some shorts and a t-shirt before flopping myself into bed.
