Appearance Tomi is a avarage woman who is almost as tall as Tomiua, she haves half fling like ears that helps her hearing. She haves Icy blue pixie cut hair. The original eye color is Light Blue but when her quirk is activated it turned Pale blue. Tomo is also blind so she seems to always have a police whistle around her neck and always around her.
Citizens Cloths On days off she wears black overall with gray long sleeve shirts, she is always seems to wear a black beanie to hide her hair so no one knows it's her. With the white socks she wears gray running shoes to run easily away from heros. She is always seems to wear a black mask on her face, she uses that to mostly make sure she don't get sick.
Villain Uniform When she's out with LOV group, she wears a dark grey vest, a long-sleeved black undershirt with a turtleneck, a red sash that is around her black pants. She haves white wraps around her ankles to her shins. She wears white socks with her black Tei Chi Sneakers. She seems to wear a long bottom down jacket that haves snap on face cover that goes across her face to her hood she wears on her head along with a Katana strapped around her chest.
Personality Tomo isn't really much of a talker since she was kinda muted almost her life. When angered or tested she can get sadistic sometimes and won't stop unless she is told too. She only talks if someone ask her questions or opinions. But her overall personality is that she is a very caring and protective woman. She sees the LOV as her own family and kids, she's willing to do anything to keep them safe and make sure there treated correctly.
Abilities Quirk Echolocation
This quirk allowed her not only locate where watch person is at but she can "see" her surroundings with outlines of people, animals, plants ect. She uses the vibrations or the echowaves to find her way around and be able to hear who is there and where they are. When she let go her trauma of being judged cause of her being blind and her quirk being "useless". She now haves the ability to make sound waves with one swift with her hands or stomp her feet. It really depends on on how hard she stomp down or how fast she swing her hands around her. She do it 360' degrees so she haves to warn her team before she does it.
Drawbacks •Flying quirks can easily fly away from the ground so she won't be able to see them but she's able to hear them with there wings flapping or the wind suddenly changes.
•When overusing her quirk she tends to get bad earaches or bad headache.
Equipment Whistle This police like whistle is located around Tomo's as she is seen to not walk around without it. When she activated her quirk she still won't be able to see but once she blows the whistle she is able to see in a 360 degrees.
Knives She carries small black handle knives Incase she does need to attack long range or close range attacks. She is sometimes seen using them to torture people to get her information, she seems to enjoy seeing blood on her knifes and hands.
