She has golden eyes and short, sakura-colored hair that she wears wireless headphones around her neck, her usual attire consists of a plain black Hawks Sports Kurate Outfit with a Red belt around her waist, as well white socks and black sandals on her feet. She is always seem to have a lollipop in her mouth since she haves low blood sugar, she always seem to have sweets with her.

While in her S outfit, she wears a dark grey diagonally-button uniform cloth long coat and A white uniform cloth sleeveless shirt inside. A brown uniform cloth pants that stops above her shins, A red scarf around her neck. Brown uniform cloth girdle that is around her waist and A pair of black leather fingerless gloves. She also seem to wear the bracelet of Carla to be sure her blood pressure isn't to low. Along with her outfit she even wears a mask below her face just like her brother Karou.

Personality
Ruko seems like a serious woman who don't really like violence since she's been throw a abusive relationship with Ainosuke Shindo(aka Adam) in there early 20's. She kept herself hidden from him since she didn't want to even hear his name. If she does hear his name or his "S" name her body will tensed up as she kinda panics to make sure he isn't around. If she does see or even fell his presents then she will get scared and hides behind Karou. But one thing for sure she is a very caring woman almost like a mother figure to the boys, if anything happens she's always there for them for support.

In "S" she tends to play cat and mouse with her opponents when she sees that there weak and not worth her energy to go all out. Most people would mistaken her as a noob since she looks board and not even trying. She still does win even after playing with them and going easy on them. But when she sees a strong and worthy opponent then she will go all out, she is always seen to ties around a white headband showing that she respects that person and hoping they don't let her down.

After watching Adam hurting her brother in the tournament that's when she flipped the switch. Instead of being scared she told him that she will take Cherry's place and win her brother's honor. Even with stress and her low blood sugar about her brother she grows more tired and passes out more frequently. But with the help of Joe and the boys she relaxes knowing she isn't alone and worried about him. If someone hurts her family and friends then she will not back down to a fight.

Abilities
General Prowess
Ruko is one of the strongest skaters in "S". Even from her teenage years, she seems to really enjoy the sport. Before her and Adam were skating her big brother Karou Sakurayashiki also helped her out to honed her skills as a skater. But she stopped skating for a few years after she broke up with Adam when she find out he was hurting other skaters and also abusing her. But Karou managed to get her back into skating but only in secret from others. One thing for sure she haves a habit of giving them three tries to impress her, after the third turn and into the abandoned factory that's when she will show her true skills. But if you are a strong opponent and she sees that then she won't hold back.

Observation Skills
She got this from her brother. While she watches the skaters from "S" she studies them to understand there personality, skills, style, ect. Then she could figure out what tricks to use and what to do.

Speed
Her speed is something everyone knows about and can be dangerous if there not really pushing her. She's almost as fast as Joe is but if she goes even faster she can pass out die to her low blood sugar. But other then that she haves free control over how fast or slow she wants to go.

Combo Tricks
Her combo tricks are also something you guys have to be careful with since she can pull off almost any kind of tricks there. Half the time she would use a Ollie first before she does a few other tricks with it. To pull the combos she would need enough air time.

Unique Style
Ruko is seen to wear headphones inside of "S" and listening to music when she's on a beef. She uses this to keep the best of how fast she goes and when to use her combos. Each person is different so she uses different music depending on the opposite's personality and style of there skills.

Synchronization
This ability is kinda like The Zone but this ability is far different and kinda difficult to work. To sync with someone you will have to known them long enough to trust them, once you do that's when things starting to work. This allows you to spiritually pull them into a spirit world to start it. Once they accept the connection the user's right eye will turn light gray while the other person they synced up with will have there left eye gray. They can communicate just by looks they give them, they can read there team/option's body language and not only that but the user can also copy the synced person's move! This one ability is only chosen by the most skilled skater and a pure heart.

•Ruko's blood sugar is far worse and more Severe then Karou's low blood sugar. That's why she haves a service dog with her half the time.
