Appearance Android 23's real name kinda goes with her eye color being a light Emerald color. Her hair color is Power Blue(Look it up) with a slim semi-build body. She haves a Navy blue with a hint of battleship grey and lime green hair that goes about to her temple.
In her story on how she meets 17 her first cloths she seen to be wearing before changing is a Chinese dress like Chi-Chi's but it's in a different colors. This dress is a very dark blue(almost black) with dark pink sleeves and in the rims are a lighter pink and a pink sash. She does wear a dark blue boots with a pink stripe in the middle.
During the Super series Android 23 changes her cloths depending on what she's working on. Her main cloths is a white shirt with green sleeves that has "MIR" imprinted across her chest in black letters, and a pair of blue jeans. She has blue boots that is strapped across her shoes(like future trunks in DBZ) and wears a tan colored belt, along with a pair of black fingerless gloves. On her left sleeve is an orange armband that says "RANGER". When she is helping a injured animal or helping a mother birthing she would wear a black long sleeve shirt witty a blue overall with a pocket on her chest area, a black belt around her waist and wears the same boots.
In the TOP she changed her cloths to a black tank-top, dark gray pants with a dark forest green buckle belt, blue boots. She haves a bow that is also strapped around her chest when ever she needs it, it showed that Bulma made this bow by the request from 17 so that she haves better control over her shots.
Personality At first Android 23 lacks of showing emotions due to being tested on and turned into a Android. It's unknown what her real personality was like when she was human. She can be blunt and to serous about things like jokes. She also had odd ways of showing she does care for someone, it's just her facial expression is not only hard to read but she does it in the most straight/poker face there is. She is also confused who or what she is so she went out to get some help.
In the Buu Saga, she heard that Android 17 was alive she wanted him to train her so she can figure out what she is and who she is. She would mainly fallow him around like a lost puppy and help him to take down poachers and stop them doing illegal things. It's unknown but when ever she is relaxed a wild animal would walk up to her as she pets them like they are tamed by her. That's when it came to her that she haves to protect these animals but don't know why she felt that way.
In Dragon Ball Super Android 23 seems to be more understanding with life and why there important and why they must protect them. She lives and helps along with Android 17 at the Monster Island to protect the animals and the rare ones too. She seems to be more caring towards kids and the animals but she does sometimes shows that she loves 17 but always denies that she only sees him more of a brother figure and her boss.
During the TOP she seems to be lay back and not really wanting to fight unless that the opponent seems strong and interesting enough to her or if any of her team needed her help. But when she got to 17 to help he then protects her as well as she tries to reason with him not to do it. He still did it anyways to protect the three then self-destructs. Seeing that made her for the first time tear up yet get in so much rage that she started to fight Jiren.
Abilities Flight The ability to fly without the use of ki through the use of wings or special mechanisms.
Ki Blast The most basic form of energy wave.
Enhanced Smelling Android 23 has better smelling than average, able to locate poachers across her island and Damom in the Tournament of Power. She uses this trait to make up for her lack of ki sensing capabilities.
Ki Arrows She can creat Arrows with her own ki and have different affects depending on the color she chooses.
•Blue Arrows allows her to shot her ki energy at her opponent. This one is just like her normal ki blast but molded into a arrow form.
•Green Arrows allows her to heal those who needs it. Almost like a Senzu Bean she can heal anything that is wrong. The only thing she cannot heal are any type of illness. If not careful then she can accidentally heal her opponents.
•White Arrows allows her to give the period her energy when they ran out and needs bit of a boost. But if not careful then she can accidentally give it to her opponent too.
•Orange Arrows allows her to shot a arrow on the floor and then she uses herself as the source of to shield. Almost like a lighting rod where if she's around then the shield is activated.
