Appearance Hibiki wears a sleeveless onesie that haves short shorts on it, it also have a slightly higher collar that's puffed out little almost like a turtle neck collar. She does wear a normal belt around her waist. She wears thigh long black socks along with slip on black shoes. She even got black fingerless gloves. Along with this outfit she wears a big and long coat that's left open all the time unless in a cold area. It haves a fur collar on it along with a utility belt around the coat. She haves a quiver that haves arrows in them and a bow around behind her back as well, that way it's an easy and fast draw.
Personality Hibiki haves a cold looking nature and she even acts it out too, even when she lost her memories as well she still haves some of her personality from the past. The whole reasoning with this side is because she was raised by an abusive family who have been testing her to be the test subjects. But under all that cold heart of her, Hibiki haves a much caring and sweet side of her, before she was very loyal to her mother and father and listened to everything they ordered her too. But soon when she lost her memory she didn't know what going, that's when her loyalty changed to Luffy and the crew, she was even still a mute and don't really talk a lot.
Abilities/skill Due to Hibiki being blind all other senses she haves have heightened(Smell, Hearing, touch, taste)a lot sharper than anyone else. She don't have any fruit type ability but she is very skilled with Observation Haki. Due to being born blind this Haki really helps her in combat and if someone went missing, lost of kidnapped then she would know exactly where they are.
Backstory The Jigoku family is well known to work or even get involved with the worst of the worst types of people that would do bad things. When their third child Hibiki was born they find out she was actually blind. Due to being the "useless" and "worthless child" Hibiki was raised differently. She was raised to be a slave to anyone that payed them for it. After years of being not only a slave but being treated so horribly to where Hibiki grown to get cold, there was only one sibling in the family would try to help her try to survive. After years of being this way, one day she was payed to be a slaved by one Pirate crew. When it was attacked Hibiki is trying to help the cure but then she got hit really hard behind the head as she then passed out. While blacked out she lost most of her memories of her past. The only thing that was keeping her from drowning is a good chunk of a drift wood, when Laffy and Zoro finds her in the water and passed out they do bring her back to health. But when she wakes up, all that Hibiki can remember is her name, age and she's very skilled with bow and arrows.
