RIVER POV
Kailee wasn't beside me when I woke up. I could hear the soft melody of the piano playing from across the hall. I bolted up to listen better, I'd never heard her play before. Deciding to go to her, I hurriedly brushed my teeth and sprinted to the room.
There she was, as beautiful as ever. Eyes closed as her hands floated across the keys. I'm dating a freaking goddess. Everything she did was so effortlessly perfect.
I sat next to her and laid my head on her shoulder. She didn't even flinch but continued on as though she knew I was coming. I closed my eyes and listened to the enchanting music surrounding us. Much too soon, it had ended.
"Did you like it?" She asked softly.
"I loved that, it was so amazing." I lifted my head to see her. "What was it?"
"Beethoven's Silence by Ernesto Cortázer." She informed me. I stared blankly at her, completely dumb at the moment. "You don't know who that is, do you?" She asked in amusement.
"I can pretend that I do." I grinned sheepishly. "Oh, I know Fur Elise."
She giggled. "It makes me feel better. Whenever I'm sad or doubtful, when I over think." She whispered.
I frowned, bending my head slightly to see her eyes, which were looking down. "Is this about last night because I-"
"Don't." She placed a finger over my lips. "I'm not mad at you. I was honestly more upset with myself than anyone else." She cupped my face, keeping her eyes locked with mine. "You're not who I thought I'd end up with, not even close. You're nothing that I thought wanted, yet you're everything."
I unknowingly held my breath, the whole zoo came alive in my stomach at her declaration. "I'm crazy about you, do you know that?" I heard as my voice came out strained.
"How can I not? You make it so obvious." She smirked.
Together we leaned in, kissing in a slow and passionate way. I was straddling the bench, so I gripped her and placed her on my lap. She pulled away laughing and fixed herself, now straddling me. Our kiss became heated quickly as my mouth made its way to her neck. I sucked and licked, making sure to leave my mark. Well, a few. She didn't mind by the way she was moaning. I stood with her and walked back to her bedroom.
"I just want to make you feel good again." I told her so she wouldn't panic, then latched on to her neck again.
"Baby, I can wait too." She spoke through her moans.
I placed her down and pulled off my shirt. "You don't have to."
All she wore was an oversized t-shirt and underwear, so I had her naked in no time. I took her nipple in my mouth sucking while my hand squeezed the other one. Slowly, I made my way lower but she stopped me.
"Wait. Use your hand." She whispered, biting her lips.
"Are you sure?"
She nodded so I reached down between her legs with my right hand. My mouth devoured her breasts as my fingers gently glided through her wetness. I moaned at the smooth feeling of her pussy.
"Fuck." She moaned when I found her clit.
I still didn't enter her, instead using my thumb to rub her aching clit. Using my teeth, I tugged at her nipple, gaining a louder moan from her.
"Put it inside me." She said, making me halt my movements.
"Are you sure, love?" I looked into her eyes. I didn't want her to push herself for me.
