"There's smoke, miles and miles away. It was probably an explosion. The smoke, it's black so whatever it is, is still burning." Juliet informed, stepping away from the window quickly before anything could spot her. Before, there was banging on every part of the walls that surrounded them, now there was nothing, Tom noticed that.

"We can't leave through the garage, or the windows, and the doors are to obvious for them to see. It'll make too much noise." Juliet said as the two quickly went for their bags, making sure they had everything they needed. As she was doing so, she ran through her mind, wondering how in the world they would be able to leave. If they grabbed one revenants attention, it was back to being stuck in here.

"What are you doing?" She questioned with a gasp after turning around, her backpack on her shoulder. "We're going out through the roof." Tom said as he stepped onto the counter, the first thing he had noticed was when they first entered was the hole in the ceiling, part of a helicopter hanging through it, it looked to like a propeller. "Come on." He ordered gesturing for her to approach him.

There was really no other choice, so she got ontop of the counter with him, looking up at the missing part of the ceiling. Taking off her backpack, she threw it up onto the roof. "I'm gonna boost you up, okay? Then I'm going to give you the dogs, and you're gonna help me get get up there too." Tom listed out, getting ready to do just that. "Okay." Juliet nodded, taking some hair out of her face.

Placing her hands on his shoulders, the sudden movement made his body stiffen up a bit. He was never really used to that at all, he always had to be on edge. Shaking the thought away, he slightly bent his knee to prop up his hand. Her foot going right into his hands. "Ready?" He questioned looking up at her, once she nodded, he counted down. On one, she gave herself a small push up, as he did the same. The weight he had to carry wasn't heavy at all, of course she wasn't heavy, no one really ate out here.

Trying to hold onto a flat surface was harder that she expected, but at least she was halfway up and outside. "Uh it's clear...if you were wondering." She told him trying her hardest to hold on. "Step on my shoulder, that should help." He advised with hearing her struggling to hold on. Afraid she might step on him too harshly, she tried her best not to depend so much on that. But she had to since it was the only way it could help.

Very gently, she stepped up on his shoulder. Tom didn't have a problem, she wasn't hurting him, and anything to get out of here and back on track. "Sorry." Juliet apologized now fully up on top of the roof. She stood up and looked around, the spoke even more visible now since she was up here, and revenants were headed over to whoever was there. "Here take Sumo." Tom called out, grabbing his dog with a bit of a struggle.

Going back down to her knees, she looked below her and reached for the dog. Sumo had no idea what was going, he just let the humans do their thing. "Why is he so heavy?" She questioned letting out a grunt using all her upper body strength to pull him up without hurting him. You would think he wouldn't be as heavy considering he didn't eat much, but he was a German shepherd, and they got pretty huge.

"Good boy." She said with a sigh gently tossing him onto the floor of the roof. Juliet took a small moment to catch her breath, this was a lot more work than she had thought, and the revenants outside were making her break a sweat even more. Tom was really worried about getting her dog up there, she wasn't exactly the friendly type, but Daisy wasn't growling, so that was a good sign at least.

"Just grab her, she knows she doesn't have a choice. Make it fast though because she might actually bite you." Juliet warned with a worrisome tone, looking down at Tom while he looked up at her. "Oh wow thanks." He replied with sarcasm looking back down at the Rottweiler with hesitation. "Come here Daisy." She called out with enthusiasm, instantly she jumped onto the counter, making Tom flinch a little.

Letting out a long and shaking breath gathered his courage and just grabbed her, using his strength to hold her up for Juliet to grab. Quickly, the girl grabbed her dog, dragging Daisy up carefully. The dog didn't seem phased by it at all, she just shook the whole thing off. How are we supposed to even get them down? Juliet questioned in her mind looking at the two animals.

That was until the sound of Toms backpack hitting the roof caught her attention. "Here, give me your hand." Juliet said as she reached down for him. Not even thinking twice, he took her hand making sure to hold on tightly. The only boost he could get was if he jumped, and that's exactly what he did, instantly all his weight began to bring her down. So she used both her hands.

Grabbing the edge of the broken ceiling with his vacant arm, he pushed himself up while she pulled. The disappearance of his weight made her fall backwards but that seemed to do the trick to get him up completely, but that also pulled him down with her. Juliet's head hitting the hard material of the roof, Tom on the other hand got lucky since he had fallen on top of her so he wasn't harmed.

"Thanks" Tom said out of breath, looking down at her as she winced in pain, her breathing was heavy as well. "Yeah don't mention it." The girl told him with a long sigh as she looked at him as well a bit of sarcasm in her voice. This was really close for their liking, being alone for a while and all didn't really give them the experience with human contact or social skills.

Realizing that he had been looking down at her for way too long, he shook his head and blinked a few times. Her face just made him very curious, it was just a regular normal face but Tom felt that it was just because he hadn't seen anyone. He didn't know if curious was the best way to describe it, more like intrigued or strange. Not that there was anything particularly strange or odd about her face, it was just weird how a face could make him curious.

"So how are we going to get down." She asked him as he began to get up, giving her a hand to help her up on her feet as well. "I mean...we could always just jump..."
