Juliet managed to fall asleep, at first it was just a painful half hour looking out the window of the room, then it was her getting uncomfortable and taking off her pants and shirt, putting on a jacket she had under the bed to cover herself with. She figured she could change in the morning, but she didn't want to waste a perfectly new pair of clothes, well it was as perfect as clothes would get now and days. After another hour of staying awake, she finally fell asleep with the comfort of just herself and the blanket above her.

For hours, she slept somewhat peacefully, still feeling the nightmares creep their way into the back of her mind, and it soon took over. For a while she thought it would go away, but it began to get too much to the point that she had to wake up. Fighting between sleep and fully waking up, her breath hitched, began to get shallow, turning her sleeping head left and right as if telling someone no, or trying to shake herself awake. "No." The girl mumbled in her sleep, then again, but a bit louder, breathing irregularly while he mind fought itself.

Quickly in a panic, she had woken herself up by screaming the word 'no' jolting herself awake as if she was trying to push something or someone off of her the best she could. But as the startled girl sat up and stopped her screaming, she saw that there was no body there. For some reason, she thought her screaming was all in her head, but it was most definitely real, causing Tom to rush in, opening the door with his knife ready to attack, Sumo following him. He had been awake all those hours, just thinking to himself and cleaning their guns. Once he heard the screaming, he took no time to get to her.

He rushed in seconds, seeing her seated up, trying to catch her breath. Realizing that she actually had woken him up, or disturbed him, she quickly apologized. "I'm sorry, it was just a bad dream." Tom knew how that felt, he got those all the time, some were worse than others, some made him uncomfortable, some made him scared, and others made him sad, to the point where he wanted to cry. "It's alright." Tom dismissed with a small smile, not knowing what else to do to comfort her. So, he decided it was best to just leave. "Wait, McKay." Julie called out quickly before he left. "Yeah?"

Just tell him, just tell him, it's okay if you don't even know what your feelings but just tell him something. "uh, nothing I just wanted to tell you goodnight, and sorry for scaring you...and sorry for screaming so loud." she apologized, making him smile warmly "you don't have to apologize, it's alright." Tom reassured, then with that, he closed the door, cursing himself for not telling her anything then and there, it would've been perfect, for Tom comfort her after a nightmare, to lay with her because she missed Daisy, to kiss her because she was sad.

For a least an hour, they stayed separated, their thoughts were the only thing's keeping them awake, nothing at all was heard within the hour, until Tom heard the door to Juliet's room creak open slowly. Pretending to be asleep, the shirtless boy crossed his arms over his chest and closed his eyes, focusing on where her footsteps were going, Thankfully she was only going to the backyard, maybe just to get some fresh air, and to his knowledge of her sniffles, to cry for Daisy.
