Before anything else was done, the two heard fast moving footsteps, whoever it was knew they were somehow spotted and decided to make a run for it. "Come on." Tom said taking his hand away from her and ran in the direction he had heard the footsteps going in. Juliet ran after him immediately, taking her bow and arrow right off her back.
Getting to the front, there was no one to be seen. Going back to back, the two looked around. "Shit, I think they got away." Tom said, dropping his hand that held the gun to the side, no longer in an aiming position. "Let's just make one last sweep through then we're getting the hell out of here before they come back." Tom told her making his way to the front counters quickly.
The two grabbed whatever they could. There were still rooms that they haven't checked yet, so that was a good place to start. The room that caught her eyes looked like it was a small office for a manager "I'm gonna go in here, see what I can find..." she informed him, the two glance at each other before he gave her a nod. Juliet gave the door knob a small wiggle before it finally opened after a bit of struggle. She had to push it open with her whole weight before it gave in.
Upon opening it, her eyes widened a bit, there was a pretty decent about of food, and water. It wasn't a lot, but it was something. But soon that small hint of surprise and stock turned into worry. Grabbing an open can, she examined it, here eyebrows scrunching together slightly. "McKay..." she called out. To him, her voice was filled with worry and hesitation. "Yeah?" He responded putting his backpack on again.
"I think someone lives here..." she said slowly, perhaps the person what was heard by Tom. Before she began to back out, she looked ahead of her at the window, seeing her reflection. A certain something caught her eye, someone else was there, hiding behind the door she had opened. The man looked dirty and roughed up, but he just kept looking at her, wondering who was going to make the first move. "Juliet." He called out after not hearing anything else from her.
Turning around quickly, she aimed her arrow but didn't have enough time to actually let it go. It seem like the two moved at the same time. The man knocked the weapon out of her hands and tackling her onto the floor. Hearing all that commotion, Tom just knew someone else was in there, it was obvious with the sound of struggling. So in a hurry, he ran towards the room, gun in hand, Daisy and Sumo joined him as well.
But before he could even get across the main front he was tackled down as well. He was too much in a hurry to get to the girl that he didn't even get notice who had snuck in. "They have guns!" The girl who had tackled Tom yelled to her assumed partner that was in the room with Juliet. The woman struggled to keep him held down, the gun sliding away from him.
