The building was a bit dark, the only light that was showing was from the cracked and broken windows that were grey and dusty. He had no idea how long it had been since Zone Blue made their way through here, it could've been months at least, but one or two years at most. Just to be safe as he was walking around, he held his Desert Eagle in his both his hands, keeping it to the side. Part of him was thinking about just holding his larger knife, but he was always too paranoid. Knifes were less efficient, but guns were way too loud.

In a matter of minutes, he walked through the downstairs area where chairs and counter took up the area. It seemed like the people here had made the old college into their own medical treatment area. The first floor seemed to be used as some type of waiting room, with a few stretchers, small tents and extra metal folding chairs. It took him a while to realize that there wouldn't be anything useful for him in the lowest floor. But something did cross his mind, there were no dead bodies scattered about, the more he thought about it, the more he realized that the only dead body he saw was the soldier from New York.

He didn't know how to feel about that, people here could be hiding somewhere and his family could be among those people, or everyone just left, there was a whole realm of possibilities that he didn't really want to get into. But he figured he kinda had to if he wanted to know where his family was, or is they were still alive. Thankfully Juliet had helped him out a bit today and pointed him in the right direction. If he hadn't paid any attention to the body, then he wouldn't have known that this was Zone Blue's doing, and without that, he wouldn't know there was a second location. That discovery was all her.

Sometimes Tom didn't really know what he would do without her. A while before, then they first met, he wanted her gone as fast as possible. Now he barley could remember his time on the road without her, probably because it was boring and uneventful. It was like everyday was a bit new with her, especially when he started liking her even more all those months back, he paid attention more, and listened. The boy wouldn't consider himself a brand new changed man because of her, but something about him changed. For instance, he was a laid back now, and more softer now that he had someone to talk to.

As he walked up the stairs to the fifth floor, his mind wondered to Juliet, and how she was doing, it had been almost an hour. He knew she was alright, if anything happened, she would find a way to tell him. At this point, it was safe to say that Tom worried about her and cared about her, he practically thought about her almost all the time even though she was always right there. Sometimes those thoughts would consist of him just day dreaming about actually being with her, and at the late hours in the night, those thoughts turned into fantasies. Sometimes he wondered what she really thought about him. There was a few times he got a feeling that she liked him as much as he liked her, other times he wasn't sure.

But with what happened before he left, his mind was back on track with the idea that she liked him back, but he knew sooner or later she would do something to confuse his mind and his heart. It's not like she did it on purpose to play games with him, she didn't even know how to pull something like that off, she was just confused with what she felt herself, and he had a feeling her lack of human communication and experiences had something to do with it. Tom had some instances where he liked someone back at home. At first it was when he was little, just little crushes, then they passed.
