The next day, everyone was hanging out in the living room/kitchen area. America was curled up on the couch covered in blankets and crying in hangover. Texas and Quebec were in the corner with California because they felt bad that he legitimately thought he had to stay there for the rest of time. Meanwhile, everyone else was just existing.
"Ame, are you ok?" Soviet asked.
"Whhhhh-hhhhhhhaaaaaaa liiifffeee is c-c-ruuuuuuuleeeeeeeeeeeeeee I want to dieeeeeeee," America cried. Soviet sighed.
"You can't die, you'd be stuck with me for the rest of eternity, and you won't ever meet your grandchildren," Soviet said. America was petting Everest, who was staring at him with the 'wtf happened to you' look.
"Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww but living huuuuuuuuurtsssss," America said.
"Oh shut up, you did this to yourself," Mexico said. Surprisingly, America did shut up and tried to take a nap.
"Mmmmm I can't sleep," America said.
"Then talk- unless you want to complain, then shut up," Soviet said. America groaned.
"Mmmmmmmmm Sov.... do you have a reflection?" America asked. Soviet pondered this for a moment.
"I don't know.... I'm actually going to check," Soviet said, walking up to a nearby mirror. He looked and saw no reflection, but then suddenly he saw the face of his father
"ДЕРЬМО! СУКА! АД!" Soviet exclaimed, reeling away from the mirror. Suddenly, three ghosts walked out, two male, and one female.
"Oh, there's an entire party here," One ghost said.
"Father?! What are you doing here?! Go back to hell where you belong!" France shouted.
"Nice to see you too," French Empire said but I'm gonna call him Ancien Régime because I'm just special like that.
"Папа?! What the hell are you doing here?!" Soviet exclaimed.
"What are you doing here?! A bunch of dead people are out haunting everyone and you're here doing who knows what!" Russian Empire shouted. Soviet and France started arguing with their fathers, when suddenly America peeked his head out from under his blankets.
"Grandpa? Russian Empire?" America asked sleepily, his eyes having trouble adjusting to the light. Ancien Régime and Russian Empire smiled and brushed past their angry children.
"America! It's been so long! Look at how tall you are now! I remember when you were just a small, young nation!" Ancien Régime exclaimed, patting America on the head.
"I missed you too grandpa," America said. Russian Empire sat down next to America.
"You remember me, don't you?" Russian Empire said. America smiled, but it took someone very close to him to see he was a bit uncomfortable. Mexico was that someone, but he didn't want to be the one to point it out.
"Hold on! Hold on! Our plan was to get Soviet and leave. We need to figure out a way to get those a**hole ghosts back to the afterlife!" The female ghost exclaimed.
"Calm down, plans change, why don't you sit down and put on a smile for once?" Ancien Régime said.
"What?" The woman said, grabbing Ancien's head and ripping it off, glaring at him in the eyes. "Did your stupid a** forget? I suppose all of those years having your head disconnected from your body stopped the blood flow to your brain, but I will not relax, or smile until I have a good f*cking reason to. And right now that reason is to make sure the bastard who took my son and killed me leaves Spain alone," The woman shouted.
