The trio were chilling out on the couch, when suddenly America's brain formed a question.

"Mexico, how many siblings do you even have?" America asked. Mexico looked like he was about to have a crisis.

"I dunno man, I know Chile, Argentina, Guatemala, and probably a few others are related to me in some capacity... but I have such a ginormous family full of siblings, step siblings, cousins and step cousins that it's hard to keep track. Besides, I was kinda just treated as a property rather than a child for most my childhood, so who knows how many people I've met in my youth were related to me or not," Mexico said.

"Damn... Spain really got around, didn't he?" America said. Mexico shrugged.

"Spanish Empire just wanted him to have as many children as possible to build up power and keep up his bloodline. I think he had a problem," Mexico said.

"I'd say he definitely did," America said.

"I just kinda realized.... what about the rest of the Americas? There's Central America, South America, the Caribbean... when was the last time we invited our neighbors over?" Canada said.

"You know what I'm thinking?" America said.

"You're thinking block party, but then the second you heard my voice you got distracted and now you're thinking about puppies," Mexico said.

"Bro, that's exactly what I was thinking," America said.

"So, block party then?" Canada asked.

"Do people even go to those still?" America asked.

"Well they won't if we don't get our a**es off the couch and throw one," Mexico said.

"DID I HEAR 'BLOCK PARTY?!'," Nekomi exclaimed.

"Nekomi, we love you, but you aren't American. We're gonna have an 'Americans only' day," Mexico said. Nekomi nodded.

"Ok! I'll be right back!" Nekomi exclaimed. A few minutes later, Nekomi chucked Puerto Rico into the room. "DID HE HEAR 'BLOCK PARTY?!',". Puerto Rico was on the floor, looking around in confusion.

"What?" Puerto Rico said. America helped him up.

"Sorry dude, Nekomi just does that sometimes," America said.

"I noticed. I always see her leaving your house without ever initially going inside. Now what is this talk about a 'block party'?," Puerto Rico asked.

"Oh yeah! We're thinking about throwing a block party for the Americas, including the Caribbean, do you wanna help us?" America asked. Puerto Rico shrugged.

"Sure, got nothing better to do," Puerto Rico said. "I'm not the best with planning parties though," Puerto Rico said.

"What do you mean? You love parties! Your people gave us 'la vida loca' and frickin 'Despacito' and suddenly you aren't the party guy?" America said. Puerto Rico crossed his arms.

"Oh, trust me, I'm making this party a banger no matter what, but you guys have to figure out the technical stuff. Like, how are you going to invite the entirety of America here? How will you have enough food? Where will the party be located? All of that boring stuff," Puerto Rico said.

"Oh yeah... well, the block party will be on the block," America said. Puerto Rico nodded.

"Yes, but how are we going to keep everyone off the middle of the road? Especially since we all already know alcohol is going to be a part of this," Puerto Rico said. America groaned.

"I hate it when I have to use my stupid brain... and we gotta figure out all of the other little things... alright, how about we split the work? I'll figure out the boring technical stuff and invites, Mex will deal with the food and booze, and Puerto Rico and Canada can take care of the decorations and stuff like that. Sound good?" America asked. They collectively nodded, and then went to complete their tasks. America took a deep breath and called Nekomi.
