The purr of my motorbike settled my annoyance as I made my way to the club. Abbie had only been here for a few hours and already she was under my skin. Nobody had affected me this much and I sure as hell didn't want to welcome the feeling.

I knew there was going to be a lot of confrontation coming my way when I arrived. I hadn't killed her when she stole, it was meant to be law. My little waitress didn't deserve to die, none of this was her fault. Surely my men could understand that.

If anything we could use her as bait for Mason. Saying she's been taken by whoever is owed the debt and he needed to come over and help formulate a plan. Not that he would be any good at making a plan, look what happened last time.

Maybe Mason could be given to whoever was owed the debt. It could definitely cause a peace treaty between my gang and whoever it was. The only problem with that is Abbie hadn't mentioned who this mysterious man is. It's common knowledge that they're dangerous people, but so am I.

Rounding the corner, the club comes into view. The music hadn't been turned on yet so all that could be heard was the engine of my motorbike. It was only a couple hours until opening, a couple hours of peace possibly.

"What the fuck did you do?" Marcello greets.

"I assume you mean the woman?"

"Yes! The one that should be dead by now! She stole Duke, we don't give people mercy."

"This situation is different." I start. "Is everyone in the club?"

"Yes. They're all about to go ape shit on your ass so you better prepare."

Rolling my eyes, I bring my hand to my gun preparing for the worst.

As I open the doors, many sets of eyes glance my way, anger displayed in all of them.

"Fucking idiot!" One brother says.

"He's gone soft." Another complains.

"I say we kill him!"

"All for a piece of fucking pussy, what a disgrace!"

Having heard enough of their complaints, I bought my gun out and aimed it at the ceiling firing two shots in quick succession.

Everyone went quiet, there gazes still fixed on me. I returned the angry gaze, none of them understood a single bit of the situation yet they either wanted me dead or complained about pussy.

"I think you should all listen before I kill you all." I warned.

"Oh bullshit!" One of the men yelled.

Without mercy, I fired a shot straight into his arm and I was rewarded with a pained scream.

"Anyone else want to not listen?" I snarl.

I waited a couple seconds for anyone to argue or disrespect me, nobody dared to comment any further. At least they did know their place.

"What she did was not her choice." I started. "Her brother is in serious debt with someone, and he forced her to steal from us."

"How do we know that's true?" Someone questions.

If anything, I had just hoped that Abbie was telling the truth.

"We're going to have to trust it for the moment."

A scoff comes from whoever was doubting my little waitress. I couldn't find them among the crowd so their shoulders would be spared.

"We need to find out who her brother is in debt with." I start. "We can use it as leverage and create a temporary peace treaty with them."

"How are we going to know who exactly is causing this debt?" Someone snides.
