The wooden craft called a boat swayed on the ocean waves, the once shallow and warm waters were slowly turning colder by the hour. and you, having been asleep ever since the fight, which was 2 days perhaps.

What awoke you was the odd way the ground swayed underfoot, it birthed sea sickness and by the gods it was terrible.

"ugh.." your groans were aggravating and painful, it was like a knife being jabbed into your stomach and was being twisted. "Would you shut up, i can hear you all the way from my cabin" hissed an irritated voice.

You rolled over and scowled, "Good.." he glared at you from infront of the wooden bars, "Look, you are a tolerable human being, and i warned you that coming with me would leave your friends unharmed, it is your fault for not taking that offer, and now, one friend is injured but not dead"

"Don't cry about it and face it head on, i didn't kill him, you have something to fight for, to get out of here" It was odd to hear himself say these words, but she was the only one around, "and to be clear, this conversation does not leave this room, or better yet not even your cell!"

he sighed and you covered your mouth and swallowed hard, "I'm gonna be sick.." you curled up and forced all the disgusting barf to stay down. next thing you knew the wooden bars were no longer there, the door was open.

"Go puke, i swear if you do so in front of me I'll make the Archon war look like a joke" you ran out and leaned over the edge, the rest doesn't need to be described with detail. You earned a few surprised faces from the agents and diplomats on board.

"She got out!" one Hollard, "Shut up" growled the harbinger "get back to work before i cut off your tongues" with that the agents and diplomats went back to work. "Aren't you just..amazing" you tongue dripped with sarcasm.

"I'll cut your tongue off as well, the only reason I'm letting you out of that suffocating cell is because you have no where to go out in the open ocean"

You took a moment to recover then looked at the open blew ocean, fear and panic stricken, "Oh hey, where'd your hat go?" he scoffed at your smug tone. "My hat is not attached to my damn head- wait, why are you so calm?"

you hummed, "someone reminded me that panicking solves nothing, so I'll remain calm" he squinted his eyes, looking at you, confused. "You are indeed quite the odd creature" with that he left you alone, returning to his cabin where he could read in peace.

The ocean breeze felt nice, sitting on the bow's edge of the boat, it was getting colder and colder and you started to freeze so you returned to your cell to the bed you woke up on.

=========

A frozen wind swept through the door and seeped into the warm sheets, you sat up and rubbed your eyes, shivering. "Holy mother of the gods!" you shrieked, "It's freezing.." you wrapped the blanket around yourself and ventured out onto the deck.

Upon doing so, the shadow of mountains outstretched and covered the boat in shadows. "that's..not Dragonspine.." the cold chill blew down from the mountains, the boat now had a little bit of snow blanketing it.

"Come with me" Commanded an oh so familiar voice, "Absolutely not!" he scowled, "Let me remind you, again, that after this I'll be in Liyue with plenty of free time, if you cause me trouble your friends in Mondstadt will pay for you"

"Well..uh don't want to freeze to death.."

He relaxed, pinching the bridge of his nose. Then out of nowhere, everything went black being knocked out in light speed.

"You simply have no choice" He responded after all your senses went numb.

Once again, when you awoke, you were in bed comfortable and warm. "What.." you sat up and looked around, nothing was alarming about your surroundings "Your up"

a cold but soft voice spoke, coming from the door way. "who are you? where am i?" you readied a sword and glared at the unknown woman. "I am the Tsaritsa, cryo god and ruler of Snezhnaya"

She looked like she was about to cry, her eyes were not cold, they were warm and soft dare i say even welcoming. "It's been such a long time.." she said softly, "What?" even if the cryo god seemed welcoming, you still kept your sword ready.

"Why did your little minion bring me here!" she grinned, "Because i have a very important question for you" she approached you, shoes clicking on the ground. "Well, two if you don't mind"

"one, i need something from you, i need your gnosis" she stopped and looked down at you, "Two, will you join my ranks as a Harbinger?"

she could tell by your hostile glare that these things were not going to happen "Fine, i suppose i have no choice" within moments ice crept up your legs and and arms to hold you down.

her hand hovered over your abdomen, sharp pain coursed through you in waves, yet, nothing happened. the cryo god did not get the gnosis she desired and she knew you were to attached to your home in Mondstadt to stay in Snezhnaya.

She found you, as useful as the old traditions of the world.

"Balladeer" she called, and the harbinger who seemed to be leaning against the wall just outside the doorway turned and walked into the room. "What?" the goddess turned on her heal and was about to walk out when, in a tone as cold as the icy winds, she said:

"Throw her in the ocean"
