The icy cold restraints bit into your skin, losing feeling in your feet and hands, Balladeer sighed, breaking the restraints. "I will help you, in return, you tell me everything about who you are and what that alchemist has discovered"

Your mind wavered between the conscious and unconscious world, Scaramouche was a simple blur of blue and purple. "Just nod if you can do that, or better yet, just be quiet because you have no choice"

outdoors the sun was setting on the land of cold ice and snow, no one in the palace would bare witness to the swift footed and strong harbinger sneaking the helpless and freezing girl out of the place, especially if he moved among the shadows.

"to think I'd stoop to becoming a traitor, to save such a pitiful human, how dull" he carefully picked you up, his hand under the crook of your knee and your back. the limp unconscious body in his arms felt freezing to the touch.

If in a normal situation, he would feel grateful to watch a helpless creature struggle in the waves of Snezhnaya's ocean, taking their sweet time to drown in the ocean. Yet, it only brought guilt to see your face so contorted and pale.

he felt different from when he first found you in the treasure hoarders camp, conflicted. anyway, he moved along the shadows of the palace, avoiding the view of any guards or agents with ease.

he reached the large doors of the palace and continued to open them, however, the doors burst open with an oh so familiar figure, one the harbinger knew well.

"You" he hissed.

"Greetings, comrade, watcha got there?" seeming to ignore the 6th's aggressive tone, the taller male moved closer to examine the girl that Balladeer held close. "Piss off Tartaglia" he pushed passed the 11th, leaving said harbinger ever so curious.

"c'mon, i don't take you as the person who could get a girlfriend and such a pretty one none-the-less!" like an unwanted sickness, the 11th kept following and coming back to the 6th, curious on the unknown girl.

"I. said. piss. off" Scaramouche glared at the ginger with ferocity, the pure energy of electro pierced the hydro user with just a terrifying gaze. "alright fine, but she doesn't look to good, is she a prisoner?"

"Are you betraying the Tsaritsa?"

He stopped in his tracks, "Why are you asking me these idiotic questions?" The ginger shrugged, "She commanded i throw her in the ocean, i do not answer to you so, for once, take your own advice and fuck off"

A sly grin painted the gingers face, "Unless you crave death, then do not take another step" he did not glance behind him at Tartaglia, instead knew his violent battle hungry tenancies to well.

"Your no fun Balladeer" was the last he said before continuing into the palace,

"what an absolute nuisance.."

"Get up, i'm not gonna repeat myself again"

the bitter and harsh voice was something you've grown accustomed to waking up too, once you came to your senses, the subtle stinging pain of ice burns on your arms and ankles caused severe discomfort.

plus a few cuts on your face and body made it all the worse, "Where am i now..?" sweet smelling smoke traveled through your nose, causing a few small coughs. you looked over at him, you weren't in a cell, instead, a rather homey room.

It seemed to be styled with Inazuman tastes, comfy seating pillows on the floor situated around a table low to the ground. Of course Scaramouche sat comfortably on one pillow, a traditional Inazuman pipe in hand (like the one picture i could not find).

"On my ship, in a guest room adjacent from my own, in the middle of the ocean" your looked at your wrists, bruised and stinging. "consider yourself lucky a doctor was able to quickly fix you up on such short notice"

a small puff of the same sweet smoke left his mouth, "I...are you gonna throw me in the ocean?" he sighed. "No i am not, i am too curious on who your are to do that yet" you shivered at his play of words.

"Now that your awake, best you answer me honestly" you stared for a moment, "Why should i tell you anything?" he raised a brow, "Where should i begin, oh, I'm not going to kill you? or i just rescued you?"

you rubbed your head, "Yeah yeah i get it, what do you want to know?" he brought his divided attention to you, "Who are you exactly?" he questioned.

you fell silent, thinking on whether or not he should know, when he really shouldn't "I am.." he awaited with a narrow and impatient gaze. "i am the goddess of..of creation.."

you watched as he seemed to nearly choke on the smoke he was about to breath out, "A God!? are you fucking with me?!" with a shake of the head, he looked at the ground with frustration. "The Tsaritsa must know you wouldn't have died if i did throw you in the ocean..she must have predicted this.."

"i really want you to swear on your life that you will never tell a soul what i told you, i think the archons i left behind worked hard to make the 8th archons presence nonexistent.." you stared at him with worried and fearful eyes.

"Even so, how can you trust I'll keep it secret at all?" you smiled and tried to stand up, "Maybe because you haven't killed me yet?" you wobbled but used the bed to steady yourself. "Your body is pretty weak, so if you fall don't expect me to catch you.."

after curtly nodding to him, you started walk around the well decorated room, "I haven't eaten in almost a week, dontcha have food on board?" he rolled his eyes. "aren't you a god of creation? make your own"

you sighed and crossed your arms, "i know how to create weapons since all i can remember is the archon war, i don't know how to make anything else!" it's been a good few years since he has heard someone raise their voice at him.

"heh, i suppose that makes sense..well you can wait till i'm done"
