Personality: Ryoto is really a strange yet still kind hearted male. He's a bit of a bad liar and somehow has terrible bad luck. When training new dragons or new tamers. He can be quite strict but he doesn't mean any harm. He's more of a optimism but definitely calculating and coming up with plans to help himself or others. He gets intrigued by a lot of things including dragons. He can also be a little reckless and very brave. Though he still thinks he's not the best dragon tamer in the land. But his family is well known and does his best to not let his parents down.
Family: only his parents but they rarely visit him since they're taking care of dragons too. He's a only child.

Dislikes: having his dragons get hurt, anyone taking his dragons, rude people, coffee, any of the dragons misbehavin, being alone but is usually good at hiding it and horror stories.
Hobbies: reading, stargazing, swimming and flying on the dragons.

Backstory: The Inaba family is a long linage of dragon tamers, Ryoto being the only son of Himeko and Ryan. He had to undergo strict training at a young age and finding the dragon that bonded with him. Others have ridiculed him and he couldn't find the dragon for days. This anger his mother and exiled him until he found the dragon. But within two days he was able to find the dragon egg. He raised Cedina once she had hatched from her egg. Over the years the boy was getting better at taming dragons. So the parents gave him the task of teaching others and continue taking care of the dragons of his part of the land.
Flaws: stubbornness, recklessness, putting others sake before his own and overthinking things.
Fears: any of his dragons getting taken by poachers or letting down his parents.
Scars: he has a few small scars from calming the hot tempered dragons. Or they are known as hotheads.
