Languages: he speaks in English but know a little French and Japanese. French is because the neighborhood he lived in has a few people speaking French. Japanese because his best friend taught him and sometimes speaks in Japanese.

Personality: Emery is a kind yet courageous person despite his quiet demeanor, but that doesn't mean he'll let anyone mess with him or his grandparents or anyone he cares about. Emery is selfless and quite caring to others including children, he doesn't speak that loudly but if you peak his interests he'll speak up a bit and get excited.  Though if anyone mentions his parents or specifically his mother who he hasn't spoken or seen in years, he will be a little distanced towards you or whoever talked about them for a little bit. Let's just say their relationship is not very close or good as you may think for parents and their child. He's more close to his grandparents on his father's side of the family since they were the ones to raised him when he was an infant. Emery is a great listener if you ever need a shoulder to lean or cry on and he will give you some advice to the best of his abilities depending on what it may be. He did take self defense classes so he is well trained in hand to hand combat if he were to be in a fight or situation that he would need to defend himself or others if it came to it that is, he is very strong though but often uses his head more to find a safer way to diffuse the situation. He loves taking pictures with his camera as he is a photographer (or a photographer in training if he's younger and in high school) working on Photography majors in college and starting a business as a photographer. He has been given some praise for his work and his ability to capture the world around him in his photography, though he has received criticism from others that isn't very nice but he takes it well and does his best to improve his work and himself little by little. Emery has won some awards for his photography, though this has gotten him some attention from his classmates who doesn't like him and gotten jealous of his success. Emery does his best not to be involved with those people since he did have a few bad experiences with them examples of them stealing his own photos for competitions and claiming they took it or stealing his hard earned money from the clients he has been working with for years. He is very fun loving and is often seen with his close friends going places to have fun.

Likes: being around his loved ones and spending time with them, taking pictures, visiting cafes to try new foods or drinks, the occasional alcohol drinks (usually he limits himself to either one or two drinks so in case he's driving he'll be fine driving everyone one home, ignore this one if he's in high school) with his friends whenever they go out to a restaurant or a bar just to hang out for a bit, reading, playing games and stargazing.

Dislikes: having to talk to his parents when they try to come to his grandparents' house or come to a family gathering, his photos or money getting stolen, someone taking his photos and calling them their own, hot days and someone badmouthing his loved ones.
