Takehiko Hayase

Name: the merboy prince looked up at you curiously but sleepily. "Hello, I'm Hayase Takehiko. What brings you here?"

Age: "I am older despite my looks."
(Looks about 20 but is older since merfolk live considerably longer then humans)

Height: "I'm not that tall if I can be honest."
(From his tail to his head in his merman form Hayase is roughly about 5 feet. But in his human form, around 4'9 )

Birthday: August 28

Zodiac: Virgo.

Sexuality: "hm, why should I tell you that? Will you rat me out and tell my parents?"
(He's homosexual but his parents don't know it.)

Species: Hayase lifts his tail up. "Does this not give it away or where we are?" He asked huffing.

Ethics: Japanese American.

Looks: his merman form is the one on top but his human form is this. To turn into his human form, Hayase's legs have to be dry after 1 hour or more, depending on the weather. Also if Hayase gets wet he will immediately turn back into his merman form.

Personality: Hayase is very innocent and curious for a merman his age and being the first born prince of the kingdom of Abysrus. But he is very aloof and a bit lazy despite him being very intelligent. He does care about his family and the kingdom in his own unique way. Once you break his shell he is very bubbly and kind. Hayase is rather sensitive but keeps it well hidden if you don't know him. He does get flustered and embarrassed very quickly when teased or flirted. Though he will cause a fuss if you do it too much. But he admittedly likes it but won't admit it unless you bribe him. He usually won't cry in front of everyone. But only if he really trust you.

Family: His mother is named Umi and his father is named Kyo. They are the king and queen. He is a only child, but he had a younger sister named Haruka.

Haruka looked like this and Hayase has a pendent that has a picture of her.

Pets: he has a little octopus named Flapjack

Occupation: does being a prince count? But if he's on the surface he's a waiter at a local restaurant by the pier.

Likes: exploring, sleeping, reading, collecting stuff that falls to the ocean floor, stargazing and singing but he gets too embarrassed when someone listens.

Dislikes: fishing nets, getting caught in a net or a boat. Anyone getting hurt, not getting any sleep and bullies.

Hobbies: reading, exploring, collecting stuff, stargazing and singing.

Powers: water and weather control, telekinesis and able to talk to all sea creatures.

Backstory: Hayase is the first born of the king and queen of the Abysrus kingdom, he was a bit spoiled by his family but he grew up into a caring and sweet boy. He did have a sister by the name of Haruka but she was killed by a enemy kingdom. This made him heartbroken and a bit depressed upon the news. He changed when his sister died. He wouldn't come out of his little area and wouldn't eat for many days. Until his father gave him the little octopus as a friend, he really loved this little creature and soon everything slowly turned back to normal until the said kingdom wanted their prince to have Hayase's hand in marriage. "No! I don't want to marry him. They're the ones who killed Haruka!" He said in anger and sadness in his voice before running off to the surface. He lived there about four months until his mother persuaded him to return to the kingdom. The kingdom of Hyril still wants Hayase but his father will never let them have him. But how long until they take him by force?

Flaws: naive, a bit of a airhead, stubborn, bottles his emotions up very quickly, gets lost very easily so keep a good eye on him or else he'll get into trouble and blunt.

Fears: not finding his love, getting taken by the Hyril kingdom, storms, being alone and losing his love ones.

Scars: none.

*turn ons: virgin but open to anything however he's saving himself for the one. But his tail area is very sensitive to the touch

*turn offs: too much pain, hurting himself or his lover, getting interrupted, his lover leaving abruptly is a huge one for him and it might make him cry, and anything weird.
