Shane POV
A loud laughed boomed into my ears, piercing through my tired self. Why was I tired? I have no idea. I bolted up straight and gasped when I realized that I was kidnapped. I looked around the unfamiliar ancient Chinese style place and froze. Three men were laughing and drinking on the other side of the room. It isn’t something that weird if there is a room full of Chinese but it is really weird when they’re more whites than Chinese! I stood up and suddenly I felt someone pushed me back down to the sofa with his big hand. I turned and glared at him but instantly gasp when I saw how tall and built he is. Man, his even taller than John, The Hulk in the football team. But I continue to glare at him with daggers to hide my shock.
Why in the world that us, Grimm are only taught how to kill Damns and demons? Why don’t they include angels in our training? It seems as though the angels are even more dangerous than the demons!
Either way, I wouldn’t go down without a fight. Right now, I need to find an opportunity and bolt right out any door insight. I didn’t even know how the hell I got here but I am sure that they didn’t walk or fly me here. Somehow, someone must have teleported me here. Because if I remembered it correctly, I was at Lian’s place for one second and then suddenly out of nowhere I got here. Then, I just felt so freaking tired and actually fell asleep. But luckily, I managed to tell Damian. Shit! I shouldn’t have got Damian involved! This was their plan all along!
I knew that I got to get out this hell hole as soon as possible, so I quickly check around for the nearest exit. I found the door at the other end of the room which kind of sucks! For a room this small, there are actually eight angels inside of it! I threw the idea of getting out with a door and looked around for a window. I found a few windows near the table of the four crazy kidnapping freaks sitting and laughing like a mad man and instantly a smile spread across my face.
The man that was holding onto me instantly caught my smile and he glared at me. I smirked back at him wickedly which made him narrowed his eyes. Knowing that there might be a slightest possibility that an angel could have telepathic ability, I quickly pushed the plan into the other end of my mind and put it into a chest box and locked it up with at least ten locks. That man looked at me with a searching look and at the same time confused look which made me said ‘bingo!’ in my mind aloud. He narrowed his eyes at me suspiciously and I smirked back at him. ‘You know if I were God, I would make a rule saying that reading people’s mind is a serious crime and I would kill whoever who do so.’ I said with a smirk.
The man growled at me angrily which only made me grin wider because that is exactly what I wanted. He took a step closer to me with a dangerous glare but failed to make me flinch or scream. I noticed how close he is and my natural instinct brought me to do something I loved. I kicked his jingles and he grunted in pain. With ease, I punched his stomach and slapped him in the face. I heard the others stood up and all their laughter had come to a dead silence. Good, I have caught their attention. The man growled at me but was still in pain. Man, maybe I was wrong about angels being a bad ass, because seriously, I don’t think my punches would work on Damian but this guy had totally lost his manhood.
‘You’re lucky I don’t have a knife because I would cut your balls off, perv!’ I spat at him which earned a deadly glare from him. ‘Are you sure you’re a man? Because I was sure I kicked you but I felt nothing bulgy.’ I teased which he growled and was ready to lung at me when some party pooper pulls me away from him. I groaned in annoyance and glared at the person. ‘Don’t let her get into your skin, James.’ Kasper said as he held onto me. Anger rise into my throat when my plan was ruin and instantly, I hit my elbow against his stomach hard but only earned an intensive pain shooting through my arm. I stormed onto his foot and pulled myself away from him as I held my arm protectively. Unlike that man, he didn’t even flinch but just stood there smiling and looking at me amusingly.
