"Same time, same place, don't be late. I want to finish this asap" Chaeyoung said as she stood up and grabbed her bag. "Yeah yeah. Maybe if we come here everyday, we could get a discount on the drinks" He laughed on his own joke.

Her brow twitched in annoyance. His laugh, it annoyed her.

"Bye" She coldly said and turned on her heel, exiting the cafe. He watched her roll her eyes when she got out, and shook his head with a small smile.

"The first step towards victory, Jimin" He nodded to himself.

Lisa had known. She knew Jisoo had feelings for Taehyung. She knew that at some point in their lives, Taehyung also developed feelings for her too.

And she also knew that when she came into the picture, Jisoo's card was gone. It was just Lisa and Lisa everywhere for Taehyung.

Lisa sat cross-legged across from Taehyung; he hadn't breathed a word since she stepped in his house to talk with him.

"What was that? Why is Jisoo back?" She asked, annoyed. Of course she liked Jisoo, she was their friend because of Taehyung. But if Jisoo was gonna try and steal her man, she wouldn't have it.

In their circle, Chaeyoung had known everyone the longest. Then came Yoongi, and then Jennie and Lisa. But two years ago, when Lisa started dating Taehyung, he introduced them — except Jennie since she wasn't there at that time — to Jisoo.

They were told that the two were childhood best friends, but what Lisa had noticed was that Taehyung was Jisoo's childhood sweetheart. Taehyung, on the other hand, had developed a small crush on Jisoo in middle school.

The two never told each other that, however, and Lisa hated that as much as she loved Taehyung.

"I don't know, she didn't inform me before coming. Guess she wanted to surprise us" He chuckled nervously. Lisa smirked as she cocked a brow to the side, Taehyung gulped upon her action.

"Taehyung, you are very well aware that I do not like surprises" She said, he pursed his lips.

"Look, Taehyung" She breathed out, dropping the mask of being heartless and rubbing her temples.

"This isn't good. I think you're stupid to not notice the way Jisoo looks at you, and being your girlfriend, I don't like that look. I know that you two like each other in childhood"

"But I don't want your and Jisoo's past to get in the way of our future. She's a good friend, she was your first ever friend, she's special, I get it. But you're grown up now"

"Please, you are dating someone Taehyung, you're not single. And that means that I don't like it when you and Jisoo hang out alone. Without me, you shouldn't meet up with her. But I would suggest that you should stop meeting up with her for quite a time"

"So stop this childish nonsense and focus on our relationship. I am your girlfriend, not Jisoo" She told him. "I could say the same thing about you and Jimin" He said, she sighed.

"Why is it always Jimin, Taehyung? What is your problem with him and me? You just have to bring him in every conversation we have. When you left me out, he helped me catch up, he comforted me when it should've been you!"

"That day he danced with me to cheer me up! He messed around with me to lift up my mood! He pretended to be you so that I wouldn't miss you when you ignored me!" She raised her voice as she stood up, throwing the pillow that was on her lap towards her side.

"Oh really? Then did he also hold you like me when he pretended to be me? did he also kiss you like me when he pretended to be me-" She lost it there.

"Not. One. Word" She said, her hand red from the mark she left on his cheek. Was he really thinking that she was cheating on him when he himself ignored her?

Lisa had always been playful, she liked to compliment people. She was honest, maybe a little too honest sometimes. But Taehyung knew her, didn't he?

Lisa somehow knew that He hadn't just met Jisoo in the school, there was a very big chance that he was meeting with her all those times when he disappeared from the school. Or when he didn't pick her calls or reply to her.

Lisa left his apartment. Slamming the door so hard that she thought it broke from the doorframe and crashed into Taehyung.

She didn't cry, she had no reason to. It wasn't that Jisoo and Taehyung meeting behind her back that hurt her, it hurt her to know that Taehyung thought of her that way.

Lisa halted in her steps when her gaze landed on a couple from across the street, they were exiting the mall with bags of shopping and happy smiles on their faces.

It was . . . Jennie and Yoongi?

When did that happen?
