Chapter #60

Author's PoV :-

"I'll never leave you." - Jimin.

"Jungkook no!" Lisa shouted out to him, but it was too late; Jungkook had already pushed the door open to Chaeyoung's room. The sight made the ground sway under his feet, not expecting it at all. 

Chaeyoung and Jimin had their foreheads pressed against each other as they slightly panted, with Jimin's arms secured around her and her hands resting on his chest.

"What the actual-" Hoseok's hand came out of nowhere and covered Jungkook's mouth, cutting him off. It seemed like the two of them hadn't even noticed the door opening until they had heard Jungkook's voice, and when they turned to look at them, they were drowned in the sea of embarrassment, knowing that all of their friends were staring at their state and were probably starting to get ahold of what was going on.

"You idiot" Jennie smacked the back of Jungkook's head, making him whine loudly as he rubbed the spot where it pained. "Yeah sorry we'll be back later" Yoongi pushed them all away quickly and closed the door, sending a glare at each one of them.

Chaeyoung laughed out loud. "What?" Jimin asked her, both of them being a blushing mess but none of them minding anymore. "I don't know" She managed to speak in-between her laughs, and watching her, Jimin's lips formed a smile too. 

"I love you so much, Chae." He suddenly spoke, making her stop her movements and look at him instead. "I love you too, Jimin." She smiled back at him with the purest smile, melting his heart.

"I have one heart, how many times are you gonna steal it!?" He whined, throwing his head back so she won't see his red cheeks. "As long as I can, I will" She pulled him in for a short hug, nuzzling in his chest.

"I'm sorry, Jimin, I wasn't thinking straight, it was just too much at once" He knew what she was apologizing for, but he also knew that in reality, it was him who was at fault. "Don't be, it's all my fault. Forgive me, please, I know it will take some time, but I'm willing to wait forever, if it's for you" His hands softly grazed her shoulders.

"You're not going to leave me, right?" She asked, a stray tear rolling down her cheek that was wiped away by him before it even fell from her face. "No, my love, I'll never leave you" He kissed her forehead, staring down at her lovingly. "Promise?" She held out her pinky, her big round eyes blinking slowly, Jimin only had one thought when he looked at her; I probably saved a country in my past life to be able to have her as mine.
