Jimin let out a tired sigh, he had finally prepared everything for tonight. He smiled at his work, although his workers had done all of it, it was still tiring going from here to there and telling them that it should be 'Perfect' for a million times.

He was just glad that it came out so beautifully, Taehyung never disappointed him after all, and he was sure that Chaeyoung would love this. But only if her choice of an ideal date is still the same, thought Jimin.
Now he had one hour left before he had to pick her up. He drove home quickly and took a shower, then styled his hair and wore some decent clothes.

He texted Chaeyoung that he was on his way, and she replied with an okay. How could she even agree to this date you ask? Well, Park Jimin knew how to trick her.
He has told her that he needed someone to accompany him on a dinner with his friend and said that he would feel like a third wheel since the 'Friend' will bring his girlfriend along.
At first she denied, but then he made her feel guilty by giving her puppy eyes and telling her that Lisa nor Jennie were available for it. And so after a lot of begging- I mean asking her to accompany him, she agreed.
Jimin had arrived. He went up to the door and rang the doorbell, and as if on cue, the door opened right as he ringed the doorbell.
He hadn't expected it, but he was left utterly dumbfounded upon seeing her. She looked absolutely gorgeous, hot, just - amazing in that dress.

"Beautiful" The words left his mouth unknowingly, she blushed lightly. "Let's go?" She asked, he snapped out of it and nodded. They sat in the car, and he couldn't take his eyes off her.
Heck. he had never seen her wearing a dress since she wasn't even a fan of them. She always wore shorts, skirts, jeans, oversized t-shirts and so on.
"You look beautiful tonight" He couldn't help but just say it. "Thank you, you look very handsome too" She smiled, and if it weren't for the fact that Jimin was very stable mentally, he knew that any other boy in his place would've crashed in a tree after hearing the compliment.
He glanced at her when the traffic lights turned red. She, too, locked eyes with him. And just as he thought he could cross a limit, the lights turned green.
He groaned internally as he drove, because clearly, he had wanted to do what his heart had desired at that moment. On the other hand, Chaeyoung mentally slapped herself on what she was going to do.
Didn't she hate him? What was this then? What was happening now? And most importantly, why did she think he would've leaned forward and done the unexpected if the lights hadn't turned green?
They didn't talk after that. Not because they didn't want to, but because Jimin knew he would slip if he looked at her again during this ride and Chaeyoung was too embarrassed to do so.
"We're here" He cleared his throat, looking anywhere but the girl next to him. "A beach?" She asked, confused. "Oh, they might've said it could be a 'double date'" He smirked at her. She didn't bother arguing about it and got out of the car.
It was kind of windy, and as they walked, the wind played with Chaeyoung's hair which made her look even more stunning than she actually was. Jimin took note of that, and also about his heart that was beating wildly whenever their hands brushed against each other.
They finally stopped, and just as she was about to question why there was just a table for two, he snapped his fingers and romantic music started playing.
A smile formed on her lips as she looked around, then back at Jimin. "What's all this?" She asked, amused.
"Surprise, it's a date," He smiled and stood right behind her. "Just for the two of us" He leaned down and whispered seductively, then he backed away and smiled as if he hadn't said that at all.
"Come on, what would you like to order?" He asked her after they sat down. Chaeyoung just smiled at him for a moment, thinking that maybe they could go one night without fighting, without annoying each other,
Maybe they could go just one night as a couple.
"The same as you"
It was just the calm before the storm, because that's how the night before some huge disasters in their lives, had begun.
