Two weeks later

Aria's POV

It had already been two weeks and I had just been discharged from the hospital and Cassie and I were on our way to her place. She was really nice to forgive me after I had acted like a jerk and misjudged her and even allowed me to stay over at her place until I recovered and got a well stable job. I was still unsure about staying at a stranger's place after what happened with Jake, I still shudder at the thoughts of those memories.

"Are you okay?" Cassie asked as she glanced over at me and looked back at the road

"Yeah. I just remembered something."

"I know you have through a lot Aria and I am not going to force to tell me anything till you feel like it. I know you are the daughter of Mr.Mark Watson of Watson Corporation, and I also know that you refused to marry Axel Campbell because he is blind but I don't believe that is the case." She said not taking her eyes off the road.

"Why is that?" I asked as looked at her.

"Because I know there is always more to a person's intentions than what it seems."

"I don't want to seem ungrateful or anything, but why are you so nice to me." I asked and she looked at me.

"I have a past, not a good one really, but I am not helping you out of pity or anything." She said and looked back at the road.

Cassie had been nothing but very kind to me. She used to come everyday to check up on me when I was still at the hospital. When I had asked for her forgiveness, I thought that it would be difficult earn her forgiveness but I was wrong. Xander had also started to warm up to me, though he seemed very protective over Cassie and I had started to wonder if they were just friends.

"This is our destination." Cassie said as she pulled over in front of a really nice looking apartment, disrupting me from my thoughts.

She got out of the car and went to open the boot, taking out my wheelchair.

She came over to my side and opened the door. She helped get out and gently placed me on the wheelchair. I looked around the building and I remembered Jake's apartment but I shook the thoughts away. Cassie led us into the elevator and pressed on the fifth floor.

Cassie's cellphone rang and she answered it.

"Hello....yes we have already arrived home....no......pizza?" I could tell she was talking to Xander."Hey Aria, do you want pizza or some Chinese food?" She asked while she was still on the phone.

"Some Chinese food I guess." I said and she went back to speaking on the phone.

"Chinese food will do for us..... okay....bye." She smiled, hanging up the call.

I told you they was something going between those two.

The elevator dinged open and we got out. Cassie led me to her apartment and took out the keys from her purse.

"Here we are!" Cassie said as she opened the to her complex apartment and pushed on my wheelchair inside. The apartment was totally different from Jake's, the living room had white leather couch with black pillows and a 50-inch samsung television was attached to the wall. On my left there was a mini bar which had a shelf that was filled with different bottles of wine. The black and white curtains on the glass door windows blended perfectly with the living room. It was really beautiful.

"Make yourself at home Aria." Cassie said as she went to the kitchen.

"Do you want some orange juice?" She asked as she opened the fridge and taking out a jug half filled with some juice.
