Axel's POV
The door barged open and my parents stormed in my office. I put my hands over my face as I was really not in the mood for their drama right now. I knew why they had come here and I was not in for what was about to go down.
"Where is she Axel? Tell me where is that damn girl?" My mother yelled.
"Go home mom, I told you I know what I am doing." I said as I continued typing on my laptop.
"We are not leaving here until we have that girl thrown out in the streets where she came from." My father said in an authoritative voice as he came to shut my laptop.
"For the last time, I am telling you go home, I got everything under control." I said as I tried so hard not to lose my patients.
"And we are telling you for the last time that we are not leaving here till that stupid girl is fired from my company!" My father snapped. I could see the veins forming on his neck as he clenched his hands in fists.
"You mean my company now." I said as I stood up from my chair.
"I can't deal with this right now." My father said more to himself but loud enough for all of us to hear.
"Where is Mr.Walter?" My mother asked as he looked around my office.
"He is not here, he is in his office." I said.
My mother came over to my desk and pressed my intercom button.
What is doing?
"Mr.Connor Walter, please report to the boss's office right now."
"Mom, dad, I too also want to fire Aria but I can't do it right now."
"And why not Axel! Why not!" My mother yelled.
I ran my hands over my hair and went over to where they were standing.
"Listen....."
I was cut short when the door barged open and Connor came rushing in.
"About time you got here." My father said.
"Go and get Aria Watson right now." My mother said.
Connor looked confused as he looked from my mother then to me, clearly waiting for my instructions.
"What are you waiting for? Go!" My mother yelled and Connor scurried out of my office.
"We are going to teach that girl a lesson, she is going to get a taste of her own medicine." My mother said as she placed her purse down on one of the sofas in the office and rolled up her sleeves.
"Hey mom, what are you doing?"
"What does it look like I am doing?"
"I don't want any fighting in my office, is that clear?"
"I am going to do exactly what I want to do to that wretched girl!" She yelled.
"How long does it take that assistant of yours to get that stupid girl here?" My father asked in frustration.
"You should get him fired too for lousing on the job." My mother said.
"I am not firing my assistant, because if I do, you guys are not going to be here and take of my meetings, schedule, calls and everything else he does."
"You can always get a new assistant you know." My father said.
"Yeah but not as good as Connor." To be honest, Connor was the best assistant I had ever asked for, he was industrious, he always did what I asked him to do, and he always completed the work I gave him on time and sometimes he even took over for me in my meetings when I was not available and he always did a very remarkable job.
